How do you say you're open till 4 AM and you're closed at 11 no lights at all! I haven't been to checkers and I'll never try checkers. I'm looking says you're open till four and it's 11 PM and it's completely shut down! I took a chance and went to a second location in Tuscaloosa was fifth in line. 6 minutes later I was still fifth in line in the line had not moved at all. Terrible company!

The food was good but the people working were severly lacking when taking orders and giving me my meal. They forgot to give me my drinks at the drive thru so I had to pull around and go inside to request them and they also forgot to give me my burger which I paid for and wasnt in the bag. Im am not satisfied with the customer service and how they prepared my food. I never received my burger from them even though I paid $25 for the whole meal and all I got was my fries.

I've pulled up several times..in the middle of the day.. and they won't answer the speaker..won't come to the window..if they're short staffed the least they could do is put a note..on the speaker or window..so people are not just waiting for nothing..this last time i went there was a man sitting outside at the tables..he didnt say anything either.. very poor service

I have waited in the drive thru line a few minutes longer than average but so worth it. The food is always good and cooked to order. The staff is always friendly and pleasant. One of the best fast food places in Tuscaloosa, in my opinion.

After the 1st Alabama football game of the season I went to checkers and was informed at 11pm that: "we ain't got no more fries". How is that was my reply. Staff at the window repeated, "we ain't got no more fries, what you want"

I ordered a 3 piece chicken strips meal super early in the morning (~1 AM) on 8/2 via the drive thru. My wait was extended because the strips had to be cooked fresh. The DT attendant was very polite and apologetic. I was very happy with the kind compensation of hot food that I received. Service was great, all things considered!

I am a 5 star giving person..but this was awful. The cashier never said 1 single word when we got to the window, exchanged money and received the order. Unfriendly and distracted..we were the only customers there. We both got burgers and they were undercooked and just put together like a mess. So disappointing because we have always loved Checkers. We will just make sure not to go to this location again.
