THE WORST CHIPOTLE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!! it was insanely dirty and they made my order wrong and were extremely rude. I ended up walking out because it was so appalling. Their staff at this location is horrible!

All of these reviews are bugging ! These people are complaining yet still getting their food and enjoying it when they're homenow just on here trying to get free food! YALL CHILL OUT BEFORE YOU GET MY SPOT CLOSED. You just don't know how to order ! My bowl is full every single time because I know how to eat. Yall come in here asking for a fucking lettuce bowl w no rice and chicken This Chipotle is banging I eat here everyday - if people are waiting for food "15 minutes too long" - it's because they have workers in the back preparing the food and 1-2 people actually serving the in store orders. Learn some patience, learn how to order, and you'll learn the store happy and full :)

I placed an online order and arrived when it said it should be ready but it was not on the shelf. I waited patiently for 15 minutes before having to flag down an employee to look at me. Turns out my order had been sitting there the entire time and they had not put it on the pickup order shelf nor thought to check with us if one of the orders sitting up there was ours even though we had clearly been waiting 15 minutes. I wish I could get my tip refunded after this experience.

Terrible location. I had to wait 30 minutes for my order which was stolen by another person. I asked 3 times for an updated status of my order and they always told me that they were working on it. Terrible management and organization.

probably consistently the worst chipotle i've been to. workers are always mad for no reason and they quite frankly suck at their job. they act like the customer's should magically know they are out of everything and get mad when you ask for it. today they told me they were out of queso for customers in line but not for people that ordered online. all the employees just are straight up terrible.

They never give you what you order and the workers are always mad at you for some reason. The place is also always dirty. The food portions are also just absolutely pathetic and they don't give you what your order.

I’ve never had a worse experience at a chipotle, and really any other restaurant for that matter.I start ordering as usual, but when we get to the second section, they finally decide to tell me they are out of multiple ingredients. What am I supposed to do? Just walk out and leave them with these wasted ingredients on my burrito? So I decide to change up my order and finish it anyway, even though I really should’ve just gone somewhere else at that point. I thought it would be fine, I can just scan the receipt into the app and get like a free bag of chips from support. I pay and head back home.Once I sit down and look in the bag, I see that my burrito barely wrapped by the tin foil. Okay, that’s fine, no effect on eating it. But then the burrito isn’t even closed fully in its tortilla, with salsa dampening the bottom of the bag.To make matters worse, they didn’t even give me the receipt. They didn’t even ask me if I wanted it, so I assumed they just put it in the bag, but no. Nothing.This is completely unacceptable. How can they not let you know when they are missing menus items? How can they not even offer you the receipt? Was this every single working employee’s first day?Horrible.

if i could give zero stars i would. it is always disgusting, trash and food everywhere. i have given this place two goes now and each time my food has come out cold and after waiting for 50+ minutes. i am not exaggerating. the craziest thing is they have 50 people working but none of them are actually doing work.

I walked in here after attempting to go to multiple moe's that were closed on new years eve during an overnight stay on our way back to TX for dinner. Parking was a small walk away and surprisingly not bad for the location.All of the workers were super friendly, helpful, and provided great service even though it was new years eve and they were slow.The food was great as well for the price.I would recommend this Chipotle Location to others.

Should have read the reviews before ordering online here.Busy time of the year for me with baking and working . After the last lunch/ restaurant experience I made a vow to myself. Always bring my lunch from home.Busy weekend and a very busy Monday morning.*Placed an online order*Picked it up* Got back to the job*Opened the food.....Not at all what I ordered !!!!Checked the receipt and it clearly had all details of my order .{SIGH}
