Coffee and food are great. What puts this place above everyone else is the elite service. Reese is an incredible manager. Laura and Maggie are two of the best service people you could ask for. This is a daily stop for me, I love it.
Found this l gem on Yelp! The atmosphere is amazing! Laid back, lots of room to spread out and nice music mix that was not loud so you can carry a conversation without yelling.Everyone enjoyed their order. Husband enjoyed his Cali Club sandwich which came with a choice of fruit or chips. Mildly toasted wheat (he substituted for it). Was a tad soggy but, still was delicious! Very filling and tasty! I have been to Heritage House so many times as a student in Tuscaloosa. All the locations have a different vibe, but i especially love the Towncenter location because of its cozy, warm, eclectic atmosphere. The service is always great and I usually never have to wait long for my coffee. I would say that the food is one of the best parts because they make their pastries from scratch and all of them are delicious! Their kitchen food is wonderful as well!
