I asked for red peppers and they put red pepper flakes which wouldn’t have been an issue if they wouldn’t have put the entire bottle of red pepper flakes on my sandwich!!! And they didn’t even cut the wrap .,.. just a burrito

Guy at window told me total and said nothing else. Got a tuna sub, wasn't enough to smear on 1 side of bun.There was more onions and whatever green, crunchy and tasteless than tuna. Bread and tomatoes was good tho!!Too and gave money in gloves he fixed sand with. I'm curious now if he changed before next Customer!

7:08 12/1/2023 Took these people with an empty lobby 5mins to make a simple sandwich ... And no courtesy updates . Jusy a bunch guys laughing and joking at the window. Not the fastest especially when you're in your lunch break....Order was wrong.. didn't get what I paid for . Very disappointed and disgusted . Well guess you never go wrong when you cook your own food and bring your lunch to work , right ?Almost afraid to eat my sandwich..Non- repeat customer!!!!!!!!

The food was great I had never ate at JJ before after the game we came here and it was really good the bread was hard on the bottom but it was so good the meat was very good quality will probably try it again only thing I could complain about is no salt and pepper or banana peppers or green peppers and the oil and vinegar is mixed other than that it was really good

I love Jimmy Johns . I have never been so disappointed in my life . I purchased a lettuce wrap . On top of things missing that were ON THE RECEIPT. My lettuce on the outside and inside was red/brown . Definitely didn't want to give one star .

Don’t even try ordering Uber eats or delivery with them. There is no communication in the Uber eats app - they’re a disconnected entity and it’s not like a typical Uber eats delivery. It may say estimated 10-20 min delivery but it will actually take 1-2 hours if they even show up at all and they won’t tell you anything. They don’t pick up the phone and they give excuses if someone does happen to pick up the phone afterseveral tries. I tried ordering 3 different times with them and it was the same run around each time. Avoid this place. They don’t have enough workers or drivers and can’t do the job. Bad franchise location. This one and the one down the road are both terrible. They also forgot half the things I ordered on the one delivery that did finally show 1.5 hours later.

This is place meets Jimmy John's expectations. My sandwiches are always made fast, are satisfying for my cravings, and don't hit the wallet too hard. My complaints are just the attitudes of the workers and cleanliness of the store. By Jimmy John's standards though, you won't be disappointed.
