The young lady at the drive through window,I’m not sure of her name but she was so great, she is really nice and she even walked me my order all the way out to my car in the line when it was wrapped around the building, even though they are busy she still remains humble, jolly, and excellent customer service!! I’m not sure of her name but she deserves a raise! She is the true definition of a great cashier, window worker!! Bless her heart she is soo awesome and she had EXCELLENT customer service!! I did not catch her name but she was there today on 3/21/24 and this was around 7:30! She is the true definition of customer service!! :)

Place an online order at 10:00 arrived at the store only for them to be lazy and tell me that they are not accepting online orders, that their system is down, and apparently they don't know how to make food after 10:00. There was a line of about 10 to 20 people all also very confused about why they did not get their orders either. My emails said nothing about any of my orders being canceled. Absolutely rude and outrageous service or lack thereof.
The pizzas are not given as you ask for, so well it depends on who serves you. For a moment I went to bring some pizzas and they were not well prepared and my brother believed that they would only charge by card, something that can be paid with cash.

Placed an order for a birthday party Wednesday. It was scheduled to be delivered Saturday at 3pm. Got multiple emails and texts saying everything was on schedule and was good. Somehow got the “It was delivered at 3:01” text confirmation. They didn’t have the order even started until after 3. By the time it got delivered the party was basically over. No help over the phone whatsoever, no urgency whatsoever, couldn’t have cared less. Don’t use this location. The only reason it’s not a one star is because the food although late was good.
