They were a bit slow preparing the order, even though they had only 1 car to come pickup in the 40 min that I waited outside from my online order. They only updated the online process 1 time to show it was in the oven. No other updates came until after I had picked the order up. (smh)

Customer service is not something they are capable of providing at this location. I ONLY go in if I have to pick up a DoorDash order because the pizza at this location is not good. Anytime I go to pick up an order, the workers (manager included) will be in the back and won’t come to the front until they feel like it. Workers are rude as hell

Whatever you do don't go to this location.I tried to order cheese bread they said they was out so I tried to order the crazy bread and a pepperoni pizza the bread didn't even look like bread it looks like pencils cuz thats the size they was literally and hard as a rock throw a them out going down the road figured the birds would eat them but fr I don't even think a bird would touch it. Rhere is no seasoning on anything btw. Oh yeah girl in the window staring at me like uyou done yet abd the nastiest look on her face. I won't be back and don't recomend it to anyone. Also that pepperoni pizza hurt my stomach and gave me alot of indigestion. Was probably sitting there half the day and decided to give it to me after she said there was no cheese bread I think she expected me to say nvrmind and leave cuz she slammed that windiw door right after i said ok. Lets face it customer service has went downhill alot over the years but this place just doesnt care at all. Hope u had a better experience than I did.

If I could give zero stars I would definitely do so. The customer service is horrible. They told me eight minutes wait on two pizza sausage and pepperoni. I was fine with the wait but the staff requested that I pull out of the drive thru and wait. The way the drive thru runs out to traffic is dangerous and i wasn’t ok with pulling out unless another car was behind me. No car was behind me for at least 10 minutes and they refused to take my order because I didn’t want to to pull out of the drive thru. She refunded my money and tossed my receipt in my car. One of the staff members had their child which looked about seven or eight years old behind counters. The place screams a bad accident waiting to happen.

Everytime I come to this location they never have the hot and ready items that they advertise. Your lucky if they have pepperoni pizza hot and ready. They never have the three meat pizza ready or other items. This trip all they had was one cheese pizza. When I asked the cashier why they never have it ready she said its always like that. I pointed out the hot and ready sign and she replied: "I don't even know what's on that sign or why they even say that". Come on guys you have a decent product and I know you have to be losing a ton of money.Parking: If you are directed to wait on your pizza that is not hot and ready, you have to circle back into a busy road and turn back into the parking lot. By the time you get back into the parking lot your 8 minute wait is almost over... ?

First of all, this place sucks! The staff is very rude and seem to have this attitude like you’re bothering them when all you want is a stuffed crazy bread. I encourage people to not eat here and stay far as you can from this place.
Purchased pizza and cheese sticks online from the Little Caesars at 5980 Old Greensboro Road Tuscaloosa, AL 35405 on 10/13/2023. I went to store to pick up order through the drive through window and was told that my order had been picked up by a DoorDash driver. I went inside to inquire about my refund and asked to speak to the manager who was a young lady. I explained the above to her and she said the order had been picked up by Door Dash and that my order wasn’t her problem and that I would have to get a refund online. The young lady then said the general manager was in the bathroom which was right across from the front counter where you order at (unsanitary) in my opinion. I waited for him to come out of the bathroom and he went to a free standing sink to wash his hands after coming out of the bathroom. The young lady told him that I was waiting to speak with him and that there was someone at the window waiting to talk to him as well. He never acknowledged that I was standing at the front counter but listened to his staff member explain her side of the matter and then walked to the front register and didn’t speak and printed off a refund receipt and attempted to walk away. I told him that his manager was rude by telling me that it wasn’t her problem and I also told him that him not acknowledging a customer was also rude. No one had a name tag on for identification and when I asked for his name and the young lady who stated that she was a manager he stated that it was against store policy to give out names. The store wasn’t clean and the customer service was horrible. I will not return to this store. I worked fast food for many years and this is not how you treat customers!!!!

Everbody that work at both locations have NASTY SSA , dry Stale ssa attitudes ! They over charge you , ring up the wrong items and THEY ALWAYS MAD ! Yall need to pay them more assum cause im sickuuud ! They got kids in the back just gheeeeettooooo

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Pulled up to the window and the girl had a horrible attitude and told my husband it would be a 15 minute wait. He said he would wait. The girl then told him “well it’s going to be longer than that” again with an attitude. Seems like they don’t want to work or sell any pizzas. Even after we agreed to wait 15 minuets. . We waited in line for nothing. Management definitely needs to step in.
