Worst experience at Milo’s and will not be back. Worst customer service with Kesha( maybe her name but working window at 12:44 pm she was being very rude for no reason. Glaring and not smiling or say thank you! We can eat anywhere and I can guarantee you, it will not be Milo’s. Get new customer service or count most customers out! And close the doors cause that’s not the Tuscaloosa ways. Awful treatment and we paying

Grateful for a clean stop on our road trip, with Milo's tea which is what drew us in. The food was ok, but we didn't get everything we ordered. When we asked for our extra fry we were met with an eye roll from a blonde African American who just wanted to hang in the back and talk instead of work.....looks like she's the manager on duty or was running the drive thru plus more today. Franchise owners, I get people have bad days but some will completely put your business under with their attitude and hate for other people.

I went to the Tuscaloosa location and I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. The manager Ariel took my order she was nice and very patient. I ordered the Mexi fries and they are amazing. The grill cook Terrance Brown made sure I had fresh fries. I also added a chicken tender you should try it. I will definitely be going back.
I haven't been to Milo's in some years since i moved away and Louisiana doesn't have one so since i was here i decided to stop by and try a Milo's combo meal well I guess you can say I was a little bit disappointed because the food didn't really taste like i remember from past experiences but the ice tea was still pretty good I wish they could put that extra sweet Milo's tea in the restaurants like they have in the stores maybe one day i will go back and trying them out again and hopefully it will be a little bit better than it was

For it being my first experience it was also my worst.. The Front counter service is honestly amazing, very great attitude! The food is a different story tho, I ordered the #11 Spicy Chicken Sandwhich, Crispy of course like I do everywhere I go well the sandwhich was so soggy because of the sauce when I didn’t ask for extra, the sandwhich was supposed to have no pickle but came with them, chicken was very tough and chewy! Not even 15 minutes after eating my stomach was completely tore up!! Just made that sandwhich horrible in my opinion!!

First their loyalty app didn't work. It would let you load up the cart but informed me that I was charged but have to wait on refund. We ordered a double cheeseburger plain but it came out complete opposite (everything except cheese). I pointed that out but realized she keyed it wrong and we didn't pay for the cheese. There was also no sense of urgency to make it right. We were told we could only sit in particular sections. Had to ask for refills, I'm assuming it's so they could lazily not have to fill up the customer use dispensers.I will say they were fast and did have a focus on cleanliness, but neither of those are hard when you have 2 customers per hour. I'm worried about this location's lifespan.Parking: Mostly gravel

I'm going to end on a positive.....first the food sucked. Please stick was making tea and get out of the restaurant business. My hamburger was gas station quality, and the chicken nuggets were no more than fried batter. However, the fries were good. The dining room was clean, but the clientele was sketchy at best. I was a little uneasy. It was after dark. Now for the positive aspect, the staff were very nice and accommodating. They were better than average.
