Just had the very best time out eating with my family! Amber was our server and she went above and beyond! She gave me a great suggestion on what kind of alcoholic drink to get and let me tell you she has GREAT taste! Alicia, the manager at the Tuscaloosa location is great! We had an issue with our Togo order and she went above and beyond to make sure it was made right with us. I was pretty upset about the mishap but after the way it was handled I am very pleased with the overall experience here.

Service was painfully slow. It was nearly empty and we were told would be 15 min wait. Ok fine. Once seated it was easily another 15 before waitress came by to get drinks. Everything from there out was as slow or slower. Waitress tried taking order with pen/paper. Said her tablet was down. Still couldn't remember what she already asked us or wrote down. Kept coming back and asking again. Food took at least half hour to arrive. Burger/fries and meatloaf/fries. Food was ok but not as great as once was. Idk what ultimate issue was but it was painfully slow and just ok
