The lady at the register finished the customer in front of me then side stepped to look at her phone. Several minutes later she walked past me yelling to other employees that she was on break. Totally refusing to take my order or even acknowledge me. She walked over to a table where two other employees were and talked to them. Rude is the nicest thing I can say.

Staff is unapproachable and very rude. Y'all need to fire everyone and start over cause just the looks on their faces makes you not want to eat there. I ordered mine online so I couldn't imagine eating in there. This was the first time I have gotten food from there and it will be my last.

Unclean. I understand you bus your own tables and sit where you want, but that doesn't stop them from sending someone to clean tables at least once a day. The drinks are regularly over carbonated and food the food is not worth the price. Wifi is unstable so not the best place to work.

Walked in and ordered. Sit down and waited only to find out 45 minutes later that it would be another hour on our food because we didn’t order through the app and food through their app was timed. It was a busy day but an hour and 45 minutes from the time we ordered to get a couple sandwiches, ain’t no way. They were good enough to give us our money back so they earned the 1 star.

The lady at the front while I was ordering told me that it will be a 30 minute wait for food on Sundays because it’s a busy day. I’ve gone to Panera for 20 years and have never been told this. Tuscaloosa Panera is going downhill.

We normally love Panera but this is our second time at this location that they are already out of the baguette and other bread for a sandwich. This is pretty frustrating given that they don’t close until 9pm and we arrived both times at 6:00.
