The manager who was working at 5 pm on 3/10/24 should be fired where do you find these clowns at? Rude desrepectful just a sneeze tried to get my food instead I was told go F myself....why is there no common senseAnymore? You can see that hiring peaple like this is exhausting to the once loyal custermor. I'm done I could say more ,but y'all won't listen to reason cause you keep hiring these peaple who have nothing but being bully experience. For crying out loud it's just food and you lost another loyal customer

We ordered Poppa Johns while out of town and somehow the order ended up going back to our local Poppa Johns location (this store). I contacted the store to let them know what happened. I had paid for the pizza online, so I figured I'd be out the cost of pizza that I wouldn't get. The store manager was so understanding and refunded my money!!! I'm sure it was a mistake I made on the app while ordering, but they didn't question it! I was sooo impressed and I'm so glad to be a regular customer of this location!!!

Hubby is a truck driver and we are at a TA in Tuscaloosa AL. Ordered from papa John's they told us it would be about an hour got it less time than they said. Was delivered nice and hot and the driver also called to make sure they could find us since we are at a truck stop.

Ordered 12 large pizzas via call-in for my team. Young lady that answered call was polite, courteous and professional. However when I arrived at the store, young lady told me that if I was to make an order that large that I would need to call a day in advance so they would have adequate staffing. Said she went back to CANCEL order but it was already paid for so she had to make it. I was floored!!, especially seeming there was no one in the place. But lesson learned. I will share this info with my fellow colleagues to ensure we NOT use this location again, and be subject to that type of treatment. And we do eat LOTS of pizza!!!!

Slowest delivery!!! Told it would be 30-45. It was 1 hour and 45 minutes- was with delivery person an hour- and barely warm!!!! Called after an hour and got a very rude employee!! Don’t order from this Papa Johns!!! I shoulda checked reviews!!!!

The pizza was amazing, exactly as ordered. The wings were hot and so was the pizza. This is the best Papa John's that i have tried.

Ordered a pizza using Uber Eats. Opened the pizza and sauce and toppings were only in the middle of the pizza. Had two whole inches on pizza crust all the way around the pizza with apsolutely nothing on it. No toppings or sauce. When I spoke to the store manager, she was willing to make me another pizza however, when I told her it was delivered by Uber Eats she told me I had to call them to place the order. Uber Eats told me they would document the problem so it does not happen again but would not replace the order......
