I ordered a large order last night for a birthday party, and had other people pick it up for me because Pizza Hut doesn’t deliver to my area. When they arrived at 6:30, the time I scheduled for pick up, the pizza was not ready and not even being made yet. They had to wait 20 minutes for the order to be made and once it got home, I was missing an order of breadsticks (I had ordered a quantity of 2 double breadsticks, but only got one order of double breadsticks). While I realized it as we were serving everyone at the party, I could not call Pizza Hut then due to hosting the party. First thing this morning after they opened, I have tried to call this location, and no one will answer the phone. It should not be this hard to tell someone what happened and get a refund for my missing breadsticks. Basically, moral of the story is, if your order is wrong, you have no hopes in getting in contact with this place to make it right. And order for earlier than you need the food, or it will be very late. I love the taste of Pizza Hut pizza but it doesn’t matter the taste if the customer service is terrible.

I called just before they were having to close early due to weather and Jennifer went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of!! Great customer service!Only complaint is that the pizza had too much tomato sauce, otherwise it was a great experience!! Thanks again Jennifer!

Who out pizza's the hut? Everyone. The food was late, cold, and wrong. Wings were burnt and the pizza looked like it was made during an earthquake. When I called to discuss the issues with the manager, she was extremely flippant and dismissive of my issues. He name sounded like Bernet? I couldn't tell, either their phone lines are as bad as their pizza or she mumbled. Not important. If you want garbage pizza at least get it from Little Caesars so its cheap garbage pizza.

My pizza had no sauce. They said they are pre sauced but there was NO REF SAUCE! which males me wonder if they put they wrong kind. I think they should have offered a full replacement but only offered 50% off next time. When I get pizza I want red sauce and I had even ordered extra. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction being the #1 priority. Pizza Hut is the only place we order pizza from and although I know mistakes happen it's a business reaction that shows who they ewally are. This is the 1st time something wasn't right but was the 1st time I called. Usually love your pizza! Own your mistakes and make it right!

Order was a large hand tossed hamburger, bacon and mushroom pizza ...it was overcooked, borderline thin crust, only had 3 mushrooms on it, and also had more Italian sausage than hamburger...second horrible experience with this location...

Pizza was hot and delicious but my boneless wings were hit and miss. Some were perfect and some tasted funny, just couldn’t put my finger on it.
