My family and I dined in to celebrate my birthday this past weekend. Clayton took care of us with precision and passion. He seemed a little nervous at the beginning of dinner but finally found his groove! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!Would recommend asking for him by name!Parking: Large (free) parking lot across from the restaurant

The food and ambiance were excellent and our server, Sydney, was very attentive and friendly. However the kitchen was rather slow to serve a burger and some BBQ chicken, which we had selected specifically because we were on a business lunch and had limited time. The dining room was mostly empty, so they could hardly be very busy. The food was very good when it came out though.Dietary restrictions: Both of us wanted to avoid dairy products and our server made it very easy for us to select appropriate choices from the menu.

After dining at Dillards Chop House, the most I can say is, “Lack Luster.” For the prices they charge for the items on their menu, one should expect nothing less than extraordinary, but my experience was anything but. The BBQ shrimp (though told by the server would be a quantity of 12) only had about 7 medium size shrimp. The Delmonico and the Cowboy cuts weren’t necessarily poor quality meat, but when I specifically inquired if they could properly execute a Pittsburg Rare the server said absolutely (and that their head chef was there that night). Unfortunately, the 2 steaks served resembled Pittsburgh Rare in virtually no way at all - more of a moderately cooked medium rare. Additionally, the steaks had little to no flavor which made them extremely bland. The lobster macaroni and cheese, though it had large pieces of lobster, was not appetizing.I don’t usually post negative reviews, but when it can cost 2 people $300 for dinner, I feel that I would be remiss not to share this particular experience with others.Maybe they were having a bad night, but the restaurant was empty except for a few tables. So they weren’t overwhelmed by a large crowd.I wouldn’t recommend Dillards Chop House to anyone unless they are specifically interested in significantly overpaying for a meal that, in my experience, barely meets a quality level of mediocre. On a different note: our server was extremely personable and very professional.

Had a date night at Dillards and it was amazing! Our server Cara was the best server I have ever had and was so friendly and helpful the entire night which made the experience so much more enjoyable. We got the cowboy steak and the lobster mac which was cooked perfectly. 10 out of 10 and definitely would recommend!!

The service was exquisite but unfortunately the ambiance was lacking and not all of our food is a hit. Steaks were good, sides were alright.

BEWARE… worst dining experience i’ve ever had. the bill was $350 for 2 people, very overpriced and everything went terribly. I don’t mind paying the money for a good experience but this was so bad. We had to wait for drinks and a charcuterie board appetizer for 30 minutes, and our steaks took an hour and came out freezing cold and the same for our sides, which they forgot one of by the way. I never send anything back but I had to send this back because of how cold it was. I ordered a second drink and it took 45 minutes to get to me. We had already finished our food and paid and when I finally got it, it was undrinkable. don’t waste your money and there’s no parking because it’s in a strip with a bar so plan to Uber.

We came on a quiet night at about 8 and had the most wonderful experience! Miss May was our waitress and she made us feel absolutely special, which was especially amazing since this dinner was to celebrate my 80 year old grandmother’s birthday! She was extremely kind and professional. She showered us all with compliments and honestly made us feel like royalty. One of the best dining experiences and waitresses we have ever had! If you come absolutely request Miss May, she is amazing!

We’ve eaten here before and the food/service was fine. However today (Sunday) my husband and I saw a sign out front that said brunch 10-2. We walked in and were greeted by a confused hostess. She explained they did not open until 11 (Google and chalkboard sign said 10am)When I mentioned to her the sign out front , she gave a quizzical look at the door. I explained there was a sign stating the brunch hours. I was told the manager put it out there and it was a mistake. Honestly, that’s what was so irritating. Why would a manager of all people not know the hours of service? We honestly made to feel as if we were the ones who made the mistake by walking into an UNLOCKED restaurant during the stated hours. Left a bad taste and we will not return.

Kevin from Dillards personally delivered a steak dinner to me in the nursing home I reside at. Food was awesome and I deeply appreciate what he did. Thank you Kevin.
