Food was delicious. Our waiter was sweet but not very knowledgeable. It took forever for them to fix our drinks . That's the only negative and the only reason I didn't give 5 stars

Got here a little after 430..still here waiting in the car because I didn’t want to cause a scene, wife is still waiting on ticket and a box, food was awful and over cooked, service was worse we have been trying to pay and leave for an hour. Always been a fan of red lobster. Won’t be back for a While if EVER. Not even busy. Hostess was more attentive than our actual server.Dining room is not even busy.

Service was very crappy and the food took so long to get to us. Not to mention the food was very bland. Very bad experience tonight. We had so many cups and stuff that sat on the table. The waiter wouldn't even acknowledge our table hardly. I'm probably not going to be back for a long time.

If I could give a negative star I would. I’m not one to usually leave reviews much less a bad review. We went as a family of 7 and they told us it would be about a 20 min wait which was okay. Once we were seated we got our first drinks pretty quickly after that it was like they just didn’t wanna give us refills. I happen to spill a drink and after cleaning up our waiter stared at the used napkins etc several times and just wouldn’t take it off our table along with 4 empty glasses we basically had to beg to be refilled. And that went on basically the whole time. Then, we never received half our order. One of my family members found a hair in her food and when we told someone about it it took like 20 mins for someone to correct that problems. It took like 30 mins for our appetizers to come out another 30-40 mins for our actaul food to come out all and all we was there for 2 hours nearly 3 with horrible service the whole time. Mind you at the time they didn’t appear that busy maybe they were and I get that to a degree on stuff being slow but you can at least clean a table off. Something, never going back.

Food was excellent; however it would be less messy and easier to eat the crab legs had the garlic butter been on the side instead if poured all over the dish.Did have to drop a star on service due solely to the how slow it was (restaurant wasn't busy) and how long it took to get our food and refills on beverages. Otherwise, the server was very polite and friendly.

I had not visited this establishment for quite sometime since my last experience wasn't good. However, a family member and I visited yesterday and it was as if it was a new establishment!The food was great and received quickly, our server, Leaf, was awesome! He was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to accommodate and provide excellent customer service.I spoke with both managers to advise of the excellent service and turnaround that they are doing.I will definitely be returning because with so many restaurants having closed due to the pandemic, we need this one to remain.Great job to the staff and management!
Asia is Awesome, she is the bartender. You have to for her!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed. She is the best!!!!!! Don't accept anyone else!!!!!
