Not sure why online hours and store hours say they close at 10:30PM on Thursday and Friday but have the doors locked by 9:45 PM. We should probably change our hours to CLOSE BY 9:45 PM since your staff obviously don’t want to work.

I came thirty mins before close, but they had decided they had had enough so no ice cream. Incredibly disappointed.
Just got chastised by maybe the owner or manager. I ordered a small chocolate concrete and the guy made a big deal that I wasn't mixing anything. He also corrected my daughter for not using the term custard. The guy was a real j**** I was left speechless...really shocked by his attitude.

I don’t understand how a restaurant could be in the process of preparing an order, but the order is later cancelled as a result of not having the items to complete the order. Therefore, this is by the far the worst experience that I have encountered.
