Most of our travel by car includes a few stops for gas. Sam's Club usually has the best prices. Highly recommend.

Called the morning of to tell us they can’t give us our children’s birthday cakes because they “have no boxes.” When I called back to try and speak to someone else or a manager, the lady told me hold on while she goes to get somebody from that department. Put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on me. Lazy employees at its best. Can’t convince me a billion dollar company forgot to order boxes.

If I could give this sams club zero stars, I would. I've had a sams membership for almost a year, and every time I go there I am disappointed with my experience. The cafe drink machines have been broken for months. When they do work, the drinks always taste horrible. It's gotten so bad, they've decided to give Coca Cola canned drinks with the food, instead of fixing the Pepsi soft drink co2 system. Another thing that really grinds my gears is that an insane amount of items are in absurd places. Even the employees think so. It took 20 minutes to find simple baking soda. The sams app isn't user friendly. It doesn't tell where I can find the items in the store myself. It took me asking 3 employees to find it. I had to go ask someone working in the clothes section because no one in the food area knew. How is that possible? This store is a joke and management should be ashamed. My Sam's membership expires in 19 days and I will not be renewing. I'll drive an hour to Costco before I deal with this crap again. I despise you, Tuscaloosa sams club.

Tire dept is an unorganized joke. no one answers the phone. Tire info sketchy at best. Told that I have to get appt to get tires installed. show up at appt time only to find out that they are 2 hrs behind because of WALKUPS! WTF!!? Always seems to be short staffed. Staff is nice enough but the only thing coming out of their mouths are excuses, excuses, excuses. EXTREMELY frustrating!!! BTW, how about putting 2 people as door checkers.... Costco is rapid get and go, Sams is slow your roll no matter how long the line and scan every little bitty item. LOTS of employees simply standing around talking to one another. Despite NUMEROUS visits, have NEVER seen the store manager walking around checking on things.

This location is one of the worst I’ve ever had to shop at. The management team is horrible, lazy, and not that bright the last incident that I had in that building the Club Manager refused to speak with me, but these are the kind of people that the corporate office has operating this building according to my receipt the Club Manager‘s name was James he’s such a waste in Tuscaloosa. I also have pictures available of the conditions of the club.

Worst experience ever placed a bakery order two weeks in advance and they call me the day before to tell me they are unable to do the picture I brought even though the sams club employee helped me pick out the icing colors with the picture.. I live a hour and half away and they cancel a day before her birthday thanks so much for treating your customers like crap… will not be back in this club…

The employees here r very rude non communicative very unprofessional I travel all around because of my business so I use Sam's all over and it was surprising out of all the Sam's I've been too. The way they talk to customers just left me speechless.

Very disappointed in a recent experience with the bakery. Sam's Club (1401 Skyland Blvd E, Tuscaloosa, AL) took an in-person bakery order for 30 cupcakes for me on Tuesday, Jan. 4 at 12:30 pm for pickup Friday. I called the bakery this morning to ask a question about the icing and was informed they were not taking bakery orders. I explained I placed the order in-person yesterday and she said yes, she sees the order form but the baker on duty shouldn’t have taken the order so the manager cancelled it. Had I not called with the question, I would’ve been surprised with that news at pick-up. It’s plain white cupcakes with plain white icing. Nothing fancy. The lack of customer service in this particular instance is disappointing, although we have been pleased with Sam’s Club overall.

They have a great selection of food and other items well stocked and prices are good on most everything, usually have quick check out Maybe a 5 minute wait, I wish they had boxes for your items , but overall very happy with availability and price's,also great online service easy to order and delivery is quick

This review is for the Sam's Club gas station. The gas pumps for Sam's Club are right off of Skyland Blvd, across the huge parking lot from Walmart and Sam's Club. Customers need to have a Sam's Club membership in order to use the pumps. We came here 10 weeks ago while we were on our return road trip back home to Atlanta. R had consulted GasBuddy to find the least expensive gasoline in the area, and Sam's Club came up as having the cheapest gas. There weren't any lines for the pumps. Quick in, quick fill up, quick out.

Picked up new membership cards and finished shopping before 10 a.m., but weren't told when we picked up the cards that we were not allowed to check out until 10 because we didn't pay extra. Very disappointing, especially as new customers
