I would give this place 0 stars but I can't. The service sucks. It was my first time ever coming to this place and the lady immediately told me to come inside with a horrible attitude. I went inside it looked abandoned. Smelled horrible. I order the whiting fish and I swear to you it smelled rotten. It was my first time ordering this fish I took it home and my father instantly told me that the food is rotten. I would never recommend.

Change is not always good. Sharks' new management needs help with operations. I ordered a chicken liver dinner and they gave me all gizzards instead. But they were too busy wrapping my food in a plastic bag and rushing me out the door. Do better. People love you.

Would never eat here or order food from here. Very unorganized and unprofessional service. People were ordering food after me and receiving their food before me. Very unsanitary no one was standing 6 ft apart

Food was good just wish I could have gotten some more sauce fried green tomatoes could have been cooked longer because they were soggy. Fish, gizzards, liver, and honey bbq wings were all delicious but the Phily cheesesteak was dried out couldn't taste no flavor.

I would not recommend this place. This place is so sad and poorly managed. At 12:10 pm, I ordered 2 pieces of fish, fried green tomatoes, and fries. I was told that it was going to be a 20 minute wait since they just opened up. I asked for a drink, and they were out of the 3 that I requested: water, tea, and lemonade. After my 20 minute wait was up and I went to get my food, and I checked my order. My fried green tomatoes were missing. I asked the cashier and she said, "Oh my kitchen staff said we are out of green tomatoes, so that's why the cook gave you extra fries." I showed her my plate and she agreed that it didn't have extra fries. Also, this should have been communicated with me and should have been my choice to get more fries or not, as I requested green tomatoes. They were out of green tomatoes, water, tea, and lemonade... maybe they should have stayed closed so that could restock their kitchen. On top of that, the food tastes horrible. It taste like the grease is old and burnt. I feel that this is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!

F*** this place! The guy literally swipe my card for 50 f****** wings when I called in the order before I got there for 15 f****** wings! They said my total was $16! Took $45 off my card that only had $50 on it! And the money is not even back on my card yet and he don't give a f**** After he f***** up! I specifically said I called and ordered it and he went on to create a new f****** order that was $29 more dollars! d*** f****

Today I was refused service based on my race. Two large men stood outside the front door, and told me the didn't serve people who looked like me. When I turned to leave they laughed at me.
