Cane here cause I was in Tuscaloosa Alabama for work these guys have a sign up and told me they can't except my coupon for a 6.99 footlong sub only roastbeef and add bacon saying that's a specialty sub and so they denied my coupon . Every subway took my coupon besides this location and they didn't wanna take care of the customer cause there afraid to get introuble . Will never come to this location again.... roastbeef a specialty sandwich what a joke !!!!!

Ordered #15 Titan Turkey. The turkey volume seemed less than expected and certainly NOT 33% MORE. NO CHEESE AT ALL. Not toasted as per the app options checked. No napkins in the bag. Called store VM full, no wonder.

I received some subway coupons in the mail yesterday, so I decided to check them out today. The coupon I chose was BOGO footlong sandwich. There were 2 people working. One initiated the order (pick your bread and meat) and then the other one was at the cash register. I showed the first employee the coupon. She said for that coupon, I can only choose from 4 different subs (the cheapest 4 of course).. the coupon didn't say it's limited to certain sandwiches, but fine, ok. It just said something about not valid in HI and AK. I customize both sandwiches and get up to pay. The cashier tells me that they do not accept these coupons. 1. There needs to be some sort of sign saying that these coupons are not valid at this location 2. The employee I showed the coupon to should've known the coupon wasn't valid. I wanted to say never mind and walk out, but I didnt. I'll never go back to that location again. The employees had terrible customer service, too. Subway sucks. I'll stay with Firehouse from here on out

The young lady( that works in here is VERY RUDE!! If I had not paid online she would of have gotten my service!!! Never again!! Her hair is not in a hair not in a hairnet she is not changing her gloves and has the nerve to get smart and raise her voice at the guest!!
