Never again, roaches crawling on the counter space and the employee sees it and doesn’t bat an eye, i’m guessing he was newer with the questions he was asking and how he handled the checking out process. But the other woman employee who helped him was extremely rude, as far as stopped what she was doing with the customers (us) to answer a phone call and talk on the phone, not an important phone call either more of a friend had called her and she was loud and laughing on the phone while we waited as patiently as possible. This establishment needs a lot of fixing, especially with cleanliness and customer service. I wouldn’t go here ever again and i’d advise no one else to, unless your looking for a roach sandwich.

So my wife and I decided to stop here last night around 7:15PM Jan 4th 2024. We went in and a guy went back behind the counter and asked if we had a pick up. I said no we just wanted to order. So he said ok what would you like. My wife ordered her sub and I ordered mine. When we got down to adding lettuce etc. My wife got all the things she wanted on it. He then turned to me and asked me what I wanted. I told him and he started working on my sandwich. That’s when I noticed a cockroach running around beside the onions. I pulled my wife back to show her. At the same time I said excuse me and the worker looked up. I pointed to the onions and told him there is a cockroach beside the onions. He jumped back saying he hates bugs. But he did get some paper town and killed it. But then walked back to our meals in from of us still wearing the same gloves looking at me like what did I want next on my sandwich. I stepped back and said no sorry I’m done. I can’t eat anything from here. I think he was a little upset that he made the sandwich and I did not want it but I just had to walk out.

Got my food Door Dashed from this location and wow … not a good wow. I ordered the Titan Turkey which is supposed to come with “33% more turkey” and this is why I ordered it. I ordered it on Artisanal Italian and was given herbs and cheese , I also asked for smashed avocado and didn’t get that. This was all after I waited 30 minutes for them to wait and tell the driver (when he arrived to pick it up) that they were out of rotisserie chicken for the other sandwich that I ordered. So I told them to use grilled chicken. So while deciding where else I was going to order from (since the location DD used closed at 8:30 so I couldn’t go back and replace my order) I decided to eat the turkey off of my sandwich and it was sour! NEVER AGAIN am I using this location.

Went to this store and ordered a chicken, bacon, ranch sandwich. The guy was talking on the phone the whole time we were placing our order and instead of charging for the correct sandwich he broke it out individually so it cost double what it should. I tried to get a refund and he got smart with me. Terrible experience. DO NOT GO HERE

First of all an employee was asleep in the corner when we showed up- second of all we paid 20$ for a sandwich… the past 3 times I’ve been has been 3 different prices same exact sandwich lol the audacity y’all have to charge that much for a sandwich is BEYOND me. If I wanted to pay that much for fast food I could just went elsewhere- Jersey Mikes & Fire House subs isn’t even this high & is much more fresh. Will never ever be back to another subway.

I always order mine online well enough in advance. I'll even be late getting there to pick it up, and it's never ready. The Brookwood restaurant always call me when they don't have pizza. This location doesn't. Customers walking out empty handed as I type this....it's a shame.
