super rude. was out picking up an order from here at 230 am, on 1/20 and they had an employee outside screaming & taking an awful attitude towards everyone who had pick-up orders. was running around asking everyone if we had to-go orders, then hand motioning at everyone like dogs, i guess to “come on”, but for the people who didn’t respond to hand motions - she got super aggressive. didn’t really understand what that was about or why treating people like that is acceptable, but it threw me for a loop for sure.

We placed an online order and it went through. Showed up and they told us they were only taking door dash and Uber eats orders. Thing is at that point we had an order placed through the app for 30 minutes. And there was no indication anywhere that they were only taking those types of orders. It seems like they should either indicate that this is a policy, or just never be open for only delivery orders. That is a ridiculous policy. I have never heard of it at any restaurant.

I would suggest never going to this Taco Bell. The one on Skyland is much better and will actually give you good quality food AND what you asked for. My burritos had sour cream there is no sour cream in the bean burritos… my quesadilla has no chicken in it how do I know that? Because the wrappers stuck to it and tore it apart while opening. And they forgot the sauce which was fine but they couldn’t even get the burritos right so there’s my review.

They had very little employee service, none of the tablets you order on were working except one, there was no way to order without the tablet i couldn’t cancel my order, they had no drinks so you couldn’t order combos the drive through was SLAMMED ALL THE EMPLOYEES WERE HIGH EXCEPT FOR ONE PERSON AND THE TACO BELL HAD HORRIBLE SERVICE IM NEVER COMING BACK.

I'm so tired of paying so much for extra stuff and not getting what I paid for. It adds up and I'm done. And why are the soft tacos so wet?! Always have water draining from them I guess from the lettuce? Idk but makes the tortilla stick to the paper and then it rips and creates a mess. The workers are always sweet tho just whoever makes the food don't read the screens and I'm tired of literally wasting my money.

The food was decent, burritos were not folded correctly, causing the ingredients to be spilled all out of the tortillas before opening the plastic wrap. When placing mobile drive through orders that include sauce, make sure to ask the cashier for the sauce, as it is never included in my order otherwise. Also napkins, for some reason there is never a single napkin in my drive through to-go orders. I’m a Taco Bell fan, and this is the location closest to my residence. I really want to see them win. Management, please let this review be food for thought. Thank you.
Went through the drive through line today at 3:50 and order a quesadilla with a side a creamy jalapeño sauce, lady puts it in wrong as chipotle and I tell her. She refuses to change it and says "I just put it there we have your creamy jalapeño" I get home and guess what, it's chipotle sauce not creamy jalapeño. Absolutely terrible!

Pulled up and was told they were only taking doordash and mobile orders. And had to sit in line 30 mins to even leave because we couldn’t get out. The manager got on the speaker when I asked for a manager. I asked where the gm would be in she said what. I asked again. She said tonight. 8/26/23. Rude and ghetto 3:50 pm. Should not be a shift manager!!!! Period.

My Supreme taco was as skinny and when I open it up, it had mean only on half of soft shell taco. I just felt for the price, it should have been better. It tasted fine, just not enough of it.
