DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THE MOBILE APP/ONLINE!!!We had just got to the hotel after a 10 hour drive and my mom ordered through the mobile app. She went to pick it up and she had to go through the drive-thru twice just to get our order. Multiple items were messed up or missing and, and it took forever to come out in the first place.. I work at a 24 hour Wendy's and I've never experienced something this terrible. I mean it might just be a goof but I've never been through such a unsatisfactory fast food experience in my life.

The workers seemed to be having a bad day. We were asked to order on the kiosk. We waited and waited and waited and waited for our food. My child changed his mind 3 times on where to sit the wait was so long. By the time we got our food my husband was irritated at how long he stood at the counter waiting. I ordered nacho fries for our child and a nacho fries box for myself. I got my fries but my child didn't get his fries. We ordered my child a drink but they only gave two large drinks so my husband gave out child his. Once the Centreville Al location opens I won't have a need to come back to this one. Taco Bell is opening within 5 mins from my home. It's a 35 minute drive to this location.Kid-friendliness: No coloring sheets or activities for the kids when the wait is long. My child switched tables 3 times because he was so bored of waiting. The Guthrie being built nextdoor provided him some entertainment when we moved to a table by the window.

This place is 100% ridiculous!!! Tonight I placed an order through Doordarsha an when I recieved my order EVERYTHING WAS WRONG, almost like I recieved a vegans meal. Contacted Doordarshan to get a refund and tried to replace the order, and when it arrived it was all still incorrect. They completely ignored all special request as well as just plain didn't read the order. & wasn't able to eat any of it at all!! Completely ridiculous after spending almost $30 for food twice for it to still be messed up!
