honestly never met a worker that is filled with less empathy in my life. Asked to charge my phone while i waited for my food, and the man told me he didn't care if i got home safely, then proceeded to tell everyone to get out. Although he doesn't represent all the people working in there, it was honestly rude enough to make me never want to come back. Do better taco bell.

Staff are incompetent and lazy. Twice now I have ordered food from this restaurant through Uber Eats and neither time did I receive my order. The store requested that I re-send my order and I was told that "they weren't making old orders from when they were "backed up"" (my order was less than 1hr old) My driver reached out to me to let me know that they thought the employee was B.S'ing them and I completely agree. I would not recommend you get food from this place in the evening/night...

Staff are friendly, helpful and nice. Cheap. It’s a nice little place with good atmosphere, good place to get a late meal when everywhere else on the strip is closed. I’ve only ate here twice and will not return because the second time the food made me really nauseous and bloated, it’s been 2+ days. I’d rather pay more for a real Mexican place that will make me feel satisfied than sick. Really a last resort but the vibes are cool. Good memories here with my husband.

This is the premier Taco Bell location of the US. By far the coolest location I have ever been to. The staff is consistently friendly and always gets the orders correct. In the rate case there is an issue, they are sure to make it right.

Moved a stool to sit at 2 person table while waiting for a to go order. An employee yelled at me "Dude! You can't move my furniture!", extremely rude. Personally won't be getting Taco Bell here anymore, chipotle down the street has the same stuff and honestly it's better quality. As someone who has worked in customer service, moving chairs is not a serious issue and definitely not worth making a comment that could use you future customers.
