this place makes taco bell taste like a Michelin star restaurant. if you are constipated stop by here it will clear your bowels rapidly. When you ask the person taking your order "what do you like to eat here?". and their reply is "I don't eat here!". that's a red flag. I'll end this in a positive note... the ice was cold!

This used to be me and my family’s favorite spots but unfortunately they’ve negatively changed drastically. I ordered 2 chimalupas and received about 3 bites of food inside the bowl. The tacos are in a new tortilla that’s absolutely horrendous. the staff is always completely rude and always rushes you to spit your order out.

The food a year ago is completely different than what it is now . I use to crave taco casa and would never pass it up but here recently it’s the worst. I don’t where the change went wrong but if the changes doesn’t need to be made , don’t make it. These past couple visit the meat has been ice cold and just disgusting and taste old .

the employees are rude. the hamburger meat tasted like it had been out in the open all day the lettuce was brown. the quality that taco case use to stand behind isn't what it is today.

The food over the past year is terrible. They served our food on a melted plate. The pizza was soggy and the meat and cheese fell off. The chimalupa shell was awful, the burritos were like chewing rubber. And the tea was soured both times. PATHETIC.

This wasn’t a one time thing. I’ve had FOUR incorrect orders at the North River taco casa location in a ROW. I can’t open burritos I’ve ordered for other people to check them all before leaving. My orders are normal menu items, nothing special. Today I ordered a Med ice water with my meal and part of my meal was left off and the water cup has nasty black sediment in the bottom. This is all unacceptable.

Love the burritos and used to like sopapias but 3 times they look weird and taste stale ! Very disappointing. Fix it please

What have you done?! The unique tortilla that has been Taco Casa’s difference since my childhood is gone! These are Ortega tortillas and you won’t convince me different. I’m so sad. The burritos, taco salad, and nachos are all different.
