My daughter and I went for dinner last Thursday..I haven't been there in a while ...We were seated quickly, then our waitress came to us and said that she is working 2 stations ... She took our appetizer order and drinks ... She brought rolls .. She came and took our order and left ..We received our fried pickles and drinks ..We sat there and waited for our food which seem like forever ..She can and refilled our drinks and said she just turned our order in ...She should have turned in our order after we received our pickles when she took our dinner order ... She was a nice lady but it was a Thursday and not overly busy or crowded... Don't know when we will be back !!

NASTY, Horrible, and Lazy!!!1) We did not see a manager making rounds today, as like all the other times we have patronized Texas Roadhouse. So I’m not sure if that had anything to do with our experience, but there should have been some sort of fill in if the manager was not there.2) I attempted to find a phone number for Corporate but that’s a joke. All the numbers available first ask why you’re calling, then ask for your phone number, and then your email address. Oh, it says they have a chat service with professionals, ?. I don’t want to type out my frustration to a 19-22 year old college kid, who could care less, rolling their eyes because I take too long to text, and probably no different from the ones that just 1/4 served us our meal.3) Let’s move on to Nasty… my flatware “looked” dirty with spots on the knife and what looked like dried food on one fork. I took my napkin and rubbed the spots off of the knife and used the other fork. I never complained because of the stories that I’ve heard about if you complain about your food or service (at any establishment) then you get your food spit in or worse things can/have happened. But…. as we sat waiting on our food, the table across from us became empty. The busboy sat down at the empty table and began to clear the dishes, and then he did the strangest thing, or my first time ever seeing this anywhere, he took the extra rolls that the last customers had left, and placed them and the butter into a go box!!!!!He then placed the box into the same container as the dirty dishes. When he was through clearing the table he got up, but he left all the dirty napkins, etc that had fallen to the floor on the floor.Well, the next customers came in and sat down with all the garbage around their feet.This probably didn’t bother this group of youngsters, as one of them kept clapping loudly, and close enough friends with two waitresses to have them sit down at their table and use the phone. As we were leaving, I noticed that the floors were filthy, paper, napkins, and food everywhere. Absolutely disgusting and I had to wonder what the kitchen must look like!!4) Then horrible. First the bread had no butter, but ok, I’ll ask for some, but the bread was all eaten before the waitress or her trainee returned. We had to ask for a refill on coke and bread when our food arrived, no offers by the waitress so of course the trainee wasn’t learning how to be a good waitress, employee, and how to keep customers satisfied and returning.The trainee did bring the salad, butfifty minutes after placing our order, the waitress drops by the table to say she “had checked on our order and it would be out soon”. When the food arrived it was barely warm and the pork chops were dry and horrible!!! They were not worth eating but my husband did not want to complain. He said it wouldn’t do any good and he just would not come back. This had been his favorite place to eat, but the past few visits have shown a decrease in quality of the food and service.5) Last but definitely not least, is Lazy.They were NOT short staffed!!!At any given time there were 3-5 waitresses gathered at the small portal behind our table, talking to a male employee. I’m not sure of his position but 90% of his time was spent in that one small area, talking and cutting up with the waitresses, while he played with his braids. His hands constantly touching his hair made me think about cleanliness.So yes, Lazy, we had to ask for coke refill and bread, our meal arrived 55 minutes after placing our order, barely warm. and not worth eating. While the waitresses kept the male employee entertained and sat down at a table and got on their phones. They didn’t care if we were hungry, if our food was cold, or what we saw them doing.This is a result of poor management and exactly what can cause a company to fail.

On Sunday 4/14/2024 I ordered a prime rib well done but my prime was done rare, The manager, Gracie seemed dismissive and turned around, walked off after I told her that the steak was still reddish after reheated the same steak I ate off of .smh

Ordered a steak mid rare and it was raw like very raw when I got it then after the man served it I never saw him again. Even the check was brought by someone else. They took off the steak and offered to get something else but I was sitting there for 30 minutes and the people I was with were done so I was not going to make them wait 30 more minutes waiting on me.

The most ABSOLUTE horrible customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life! We had a party of 15, got there at 5:20, expecting possibly an hour or more wait. We were told 6pm but that it might not be right at 6. (Which was totally fine). At 6:20 we went and very kindly asked about how much longer it would be. We asked a couple more times and were finally seated at 7:08. They sat us in two booths that would not hold us all (might have held 15 had we had like 8 kids with us which we did not). There was an empty table that we were told VERY RUDELY that could not use after my mother asked. Then the waitress looked over at me and started telling me not to be disrespectful to her and I HAD NOT EVEN SAID A WORD TO THIS WOMAN!!!!! NOT A WORD!!!!Then we we were told to leave or they’d call the cops! I have never in my life been treated with such disrespect. I work in customer service myself and I know how rude the public can be. We weren’t rude-just tried to explain we had been there for two hours when we were told 40 minutes and then where you seated us would not hold all of our people. They followed my sister in law out screaming at her!!!! Y’all need customer service training and don’t tell people 40 minutes when it’s going to be well over that. Honestly though this is about the 3rd time we’ve been lately and see this same waitress being so rude to other patrons. I will NEVER GO BACK! Luckily we did get the lady’s name that DOES NOT NEED TO BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC———BLAIR needs to be fired.

My family and I visited this restaurant to celebrate our great grandmother’s birthday. Before ordering, my daughter’s foot inadvertently kicked a rat trap, which was under the table. The trap snapped and her toes were almost snapped by the trap (she was wearing open toed sandals). We had to pick up the trap and give it to the manager. I then found a bug in my Caesar salad and therefore asked the waiter to remove my entire order from the bill and so I watched every one eat. I was offered the option to have another meal but after already finding a bug in my salad, I was no longer interested. The rest of my party was unsatisfied with their meals but did not say anything. As we were leaving, I saw 3 waiters pointing at our table and talking so I approached and explained why I chose not to tip. The waiter proceeded to explain that our problems had nothing to do with him and should not have reflected his lack of a tip. I tried explaining that his tip was based on the whole experience and that he needed to speak with his manager. He explained that he had already taken my order off our bill and should have been satisfied but I explained that his job was to advocate for his table and more should have been offered on the restaurant’s end to make sure we walked away pleased. Another waiter then approached and complained about the small tip he received from another party we were with. I understand that waiter’s are underpaid and as a result, it is the responsibility of the cook staff and the managers to make sure that the customer is satisfied so that the tip of the front line staff is is not affected. This was a terrible experience and I hope that the next time, the restaurant would offer more to rectify the problem, besides huddling and talking negatively about their customers. Unfortunately, we will not be returning and will not be recommending this establishment to others.
