I am writing this review late, however on February 20th, I ordered a 6 piece bone in lemon pepper wings. I came in and there was this girl (black) sitting at the counter on her laptop and I thought that was real unprofessional. No one was behind the counter to go ahead and give me my food since I had ordered way ahead of time over the phone. So finally she calls out one of the workers from the back (???), and as he was getting my name and asking what form of payment I was going to use, she randomly looked over at me with this stank face like excuse me ?? Can I help you? (Tried not to cuss here but inserts “b” word) When I went over to pay I almost said something to her because that was uncalled for and made me real uncomfortable. I hope she don’t ever be in there again if I ever order from y’all . Do better as far as professionalism. She could’ve been sitting elsewhere on her laptop instead of where people go to order and pickup. Better yet just go home if you ain’t doing nothing but sitting down browsing. She seemed to have worked there , so yeah that definitely was unprofessional, unnecessary, and stupid . Hence why I gave the service and atmosphere not one star. However, I hadn’t had wings in such a long time so they were very very good. Seasoned to perfection! The ranch cup was even delicious lol . I actually got a total of 7 wings which I loved. I ate them over the course of 2 days with a side of veggies and potatoes wedges from elsewhere. I thoroughly enjoyed them, and will definitely eat from y’all again longs as it’s a much better and comfortable experience on the inside.

CRIMINALLY UNDERRATED. i wish i knew the name of the girl that helped me and my boyfriend earlier, but she was beyond kind and helpful! the wings are actually a decent size, especially in comparison to surrounding restaurants. we got 2 traditional combos & drinks for $33 which isn’t bad in this economy. i wish i had tried to sooner! great customer service, great food. drinks are minimal and so is seating, but we really enjoyed sitting outside!

Genuinely some of the best wings I’ve ever had. Their Sweet Heat flavor is to die for (if not a bit similar to BWW’s Asian Zing). My one disappointment is the utter inconsistency of the hours. I live nearby and enjoy walking there on a whim when I’m hungry, but it’s so commonplace that they’re not open, chipotle has become quite a common replacement. Wings are somewhat expensive but I’d say still worth it.

Horrible! Beware, the manager thinks that it’s acceptable to change orders without verification. The entire order was wrong, and the wings aren’t memorable. No offer to rectify. In fact, it’s the opposite. Take it how we feel like giving it to you attitude. New management please ☣️?

Ok, so I didn't take a pic...because I didn't expect to leave a review!! These wings were sooo good I had to write a review.Because we couldn't agree on a sauce, we ordered plain with sauce on the side. They were so good plain!! Son ordered the Voodoo Sauce - my favorite. Hubby ordered Cajun Ranch a d Lemon Pepper, both were delicious!! Sidewinder fries - hot & fresh! Tons of tater tots in an order, too. We went on Gameday and everything was hot & fresh. Great service too! Will be back.

can't even place an order half the time because they literally never answer their phones when you call. i've gone to order wings way before their closing time and the people have told me that they closed. so they close 2 hours before closing time! ridiculous. seems to me like management and staff are both awful at what they do. if i could give them negative stars i would.

Great food, fast!! The floors are always a little sticky in the lobby, but the food is always hit and delicious!

This was my first time eating here and I must say it will be my last time, the wings were terrible. Some of the wings wasn't even done in the middle. There was no mild sauce on the wings. The lemon pepper wet didn't even look like lemon pepper just look like plan chicken. I will never eat here again.

This was my first time ordering here and it was really good. I decided to order via Uber Eats and received my food quickly and it was still piping hot! I got the Sweet Heat with Bleu Cheese, pleasantly surprised.
