I had a load going from Indiana to Alabama we decided to stop here and eat after getting unloaded that Morning and it was a great decision all the food was amazing the atmosphere was as good as the food employees all in a great mood singing, laughing and smiling seemed to enjoy being at work will definitely go back if I'm ever around there again i recommend it for sure

I'm not sure what the policy is for finding hair in your food but myself and the waitress saw the brown to blonde hair in my grits. She immediately threw it away when I showed it to her and asked If i wanted another plate. Not sure what the policy is when you find a thick piece of hair in your plate while you're eating. Our waiter Margie was nice but I was disgusted. We paid for our meals and left. I didn't male a big deal about it but I'm wondering what the policy is when it happens.

This is the standard by which all waffle houses should be measured. The evening shift is a group of hard-working, dedicated employees. The store was spotless when I entered with every table, having two menus and the floor clean. Zoe was my waitress and I have seen her at another waffle house as well. The thing I noticed was that she is young and always stays busy. That is rare. among the younger generation today. If Zoe is your waitress, make sure you tip her good.Kid-friendliness: My kids love going to Waffle House.

This is by far the WORST Waffle House I have experienced! I went to this location on 12/4/23 around 6ish in the evening. The server had a horrible attitude. One of the worst I have ever encountered in customer service! She rudely spoke bad about every single customer and rolled her eyes every time she blinked. If a new car pulled up she would speak loudly and grunt She wanted to go home. The manager was there, but she seemed to be of no help. I tried to get her attention but was ignored. #NeedToDoBetter

So my mother and I were tired of eating the same thing every day. So we went to this waffle House. And this lady is there, all by herself. At first we were The only people there, she said I'm not supposed to let y'all eat in but go ahead and take a seat. Not 5 minutes later about 7 or 8 more people came in and she welcomed all of them. Knowing she was going to have to cook and serve all of us, without any help. And by God she was in it. No wait time, she was obviously experienced. She should get a huge raise. She served all of us, and let every one of us eat in.
