Ok so Wendy's is simple everybody knows that, but at this Wendy's I actually saw the few workers that were there really HELPING one another and all 5 spoke and communicated each time they made eye contact with me. All of this was done in under 4 minutes. Thank you guys, ppl have bad days and something so simple as kindness goes along way!Kid-friendliness: They listen and it's compassionate with the kid's when their orderingWheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp that's easy to roll a WC person in comfortably
Love Wendy's breakfast.. My sandwich was cooked fresh but my taters were not. And I was a little disappointed that maple bacon chicken was on a bun instead of a croissant. I would have ordered something else but it was hot never the less.

I haven't visited Wendy's and probably 2 decades. I don't eat out very much, but I did order a double cheeseburger with extra onions at the Cottondale Alabama store and it was the best ever! Lots of onions the patties were cooked just right they weren't all the way cooked but they were cooked enough to eat, slight pink! Works for me! Kudos people!

So the last time i went to this specific Wendy's i had ordered a Dave's double instead i got chicken nuggets. is it my fault for not checking or is it their fault for not giving out the right order. Note: i was in the drive thru.

When I tell you I waited for my 4 for 4 to get home...I ate my fries first,then nuggets..sip my drink then opened the burger to bite it and my mouth was on fire?..I looked at the meat no sign of peppers so I asked my daughter did she eat her's she said" no it's Hot"..like it was cooked in ?️ juice couldn't eat it

Came into lobby to place order and there were two Wendy’s employees chatting with a customer(seemed that they knew eachother), they did not acknowledge me, just looked at me and kept talking. There was one customer waiting in front of me otherwise it wasn’t busy at all. Finally after 5-6 minutes someone came from back to take customers orders….after taking my order it still took 5-6 more minutes to get my order (a burger) to me. No communication, no customer service.

This Wendy’s is the worst in town. They are never accepting cards. You wait in line for 20 minutes to pull up and them tell you they are only taking cash. Most times they won’t/don’t take the Wendy’s rewards or coupons. Seems like a franchisee that doesn’t care about being apart of the franchise.
