We typically go here when we want a fast food burger since it's close to where we live. It isn't the best, but it will do. We don't always "have it our way." If you want better tasting food, go to one of the local restaurants (not fast food) known for their great tasting burgers. Thank you.

I dont know why this place is not busier than it is. I was the only one in the dining room. The food is great and the manager was very involved with the whole restaurant. Service was very friendly, nice folks.

This is the worst fast food experience i have ever had. While ordering. The person taking our order was very rude. Then we get to the window. We get our food and two drinks. Then they close the window. So we sit there for a bit until the lady comes back and throws up her arms. And gives us a mean look. We tell her we are supposed to have another coke then she says ok. She comes back and my brother says thank you. She closes the window again. We get home and realize we do not even have the right order. We ordered a bunch of chicken nuggets and a plain burger. And fries of course. We got our fries but no plain burger or chicken nuggets. Instead we get two burgers. We got two orders of fries even though we should’ve gotten 3.

I placed order in the drive thru 2 whopper Jr's with cheese 1 fry. I was the only one in the drive thru, dining room was closed. Got home and when my husband took a bite of the 1st burger No Meat! 2nd burger No Meat! I called manager Jay he was very rude and ask me if I was perfect I told him no I sure wasn't but I did know that meat should be on a hamburger! He then hung up the phone on me!! I will not be back.

Placed an online order at 845. Got there at 9, waited over 10 min for them to miss a fry, provide one old cold fry, miss added ranch sauce entirely and gave us regular nuggets versus the ordered fire/spicy nuggets. I don't expect perfection, human error is real and mistakes happen but this is why BK is steadily going downhill.

After receiving our order we found to have an item short. Upon going back through the drive through to fix this simple mistake which we thought was no big deal (there mess up) the woman proceeded to give my wife an attitude and snatch the receipt from my wife's hand and proceeded to another employee were they exchanged a whisper conversation. I mean really? Clearly no oversight, standard, or customer service! May be small but they will not receive our business and will be sure to share our experience with our friends and family.

The employees we had were obviously fairly new, so I don't hold it against them; they were trying and really sweet. But the drive thru is so poorly operated. They tried to charge me for the order in front of me (double my total) and at the 2cd window they tried to hand me the bag of the person behind me ?. The food was awful. The nuggets felt like they had been cooked 6hrs prior, and the whopper Jr was put together in the sloppiest manner. The lettuce on it was from the middle of the head, so it was the thick, white, pretty much inedible parts. Tomato was sooo not ripe. Whole slice was literally still green and the onions were more off the bun than on. And this is the 2cd time in less than a week that we've went and they haven't given us a receipt!
