We sat at the speaker for a good 5 minutes before we were asked to place our orders. Then we sat in the drive thru for another 5 minutes before we paid. They messed up one of our drinks. It was supposed to be half sweet tea & half lemonade. They tried to give us just sweet tea. We waited another several minutes & were asked to pull up. We sat there for several minutes as well. We finally get out food. The cheeseburgers were drenched in mustard & ketchup. It was literally seeping out of the sides. The other set of cheeseburgers were drenched in mayo. All of them were doused in an outrageous amount of grill seasoning, making them too salty to eat. The fries were cold & saltless. Why did i get cold fries after sitting for 15 minutes? They forgot the mayo & ketchup packets we requested. We pulled back around & the girl at the window was not very nice. She also pulled the food we'd taken bites out of back in the window. Which is a health code violation. We would have gladly thrown it away in the trash can by the restaurant, but no. She took it back inside. But the 2 stars come into play bc the cookies were freshly cooked & delicious & the girl in the window changed her tune quickly. Not typically one to complain but this was just ridiculous, honestly.

Went tonight sat 30 minutes waiting for food they were supposed to be cooking that was cold then all four of my burgers had hard buns and had obviously had all toppings scraped off my daughter is allergic to onions and couldn't even eat

Customer service sucks! It took 17 min to get a big Mac that was ordered on app. Then they got it wrong. Took it back bc it had onions on it. Waited another 9 minutes and it had onions on it again. ?
I went there to get breakfast this morning & the food was good but after I ate the food tore my stomach up so I had to go to the bathroom & the whole time I was in the there somebody kept opening & closing the door peaking inside. When I got done & walked out the bathroom there was a mop bucket right in front of the door & an employee standing on the other side of the wall. It was just weird & made me feel very uncomfortable.
