First time to visit today. First thing I noticed was a neat, organized, and clean place to eat.My wife tried their hamburger and was pleased with it. I had gumbo. I have to say it was the best I have ate in the Shoals area. My gumbo is better but thats another story. I am from Louisianaand know how its suppose to look and taste. Their gumbo is good.We enjoyed our food and it will be a 5 star rating.Job well done.

So glad the Pour House breakfast menu is available at the Palace, the people there are so sweet and the food was great!

My wife and I shared a banana split. Cool little joint.

Very friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. The kids enjoyed their ice cream and playing the arcade games.

I have yet to try the food. Tried the little coffee shop they have in here as well. Prices can be as high as $8 for a large 32oz for coffee but my only complaint was the coffee tasted slightly burnt but everyone has an off day. Willing to try again and try their food as well.

This is such a cute little Ice Cream & Sandwich shop! It's so nostalgic! The place is clean and the staff is friendly, sufficient, and fast.I wasn't that impressed with the Philly Cheese Steak, but my daughter loved her grilled cheese sandwich. We both enjoyed our ice cream selections. It's very close to Spring Park. It's the perfect spot to visit for a cool treat after a hot day at the park.

Took family for lunch and we had a great time and enjoyed good food! Very relaxing atmosphere and 6 and 9 year old enjoyed it as welll.
For the price you have to pay the food is not good and it's not worthwhile. The only thing that was good is their old fashioned Banana Split.

It was overall a nice experience. The service was fast and the desserts were good. I did also have a burger to go, and it was okay. The patty itself was a little mushy and the onions were chunky instead of sliced, but that's just a personal preference.Kid-friendliness: They have arcade type games at the front for people to play.

Went there today. The place was cute. The ice cream was good, but the server ruined the experience. She had long, straight, dark hair. She seemed more concerned about sitting at the edge of the bar playing on her phone. Her fingers were inside the baskets of food. She kept touching her hair, the counter, and money, and when she brought out our cones she used her bare hands on the cones. No napkins, no gloves, nothing.

Great lil place to stop for an ice cream cone, even the bathroom is coated in old medicine scrips.
