Came here for lunch a few weeks ago. Order wings and got my birthday wings as well that they offer through rewards. Wings tasted a little funny, that was around lunch time, by the time I got home, the wings came up. Doctor said it was very likely food poisoning. So yea, not a great experience, won't be back to this BWW for a while.

Ordered 4 hours ahead called to confirm order and time slot. Arrived at time slot and was told they were an hour behind. There were 30 plus people standing around waiting. I looked up at the order board. This board shows orders that have been completed and are ready for pick up and orders being Filling DoorDash/Uber eats orders ahead of online orders. Many people waiting had placed their order a day ahead. None of our names were on the board. Questioned the staff they couldn't help. Manager came out and told us corporate had blocked the stores ability to close time slots that were over booked. So everyone's order was being placed but they were only capable cooking a certain amount of orders in an hour. So corporate did not want to lose sales and was perfectly happy to make their customers wait for an hour or more past their pick up time slot. If you are ordering during a busy game day order ahead be ready to wait and call ahead and harass them about your pick up time. But their wings and sauces are fantastic.

2/15/24The cashier was rude as I was there with my boyfriend, I walked in ( I have ASD) said a big hello she didn’t even look my way just spoke to him . whom she engaged with told him about her new job I said congratulations she being shorter than me still acted as if I was invisible. I’m placing the order but she is asking again but to my boyfriend. I’m standing in front I’m ordering not him . This place isn’t freindly . I’d rather be over stimulated with Noise but nice severs and waiters than come to this place again . I hope my 3 dollar tip hurt her feelings as much as she dismissed me . I’m actually a great tipper but your attitude sucks I’m happy your finger is hurt

I'm glad to have Buffalo Wild Wings To Go in my neighborhood. Today is the Super Bowl , and it was super easy and convenient to place an order with a specific pickup time. This option has served us well throughout the college and football season. You will find the same wing options that you find at the restaurants.

Never knew about a Buffalos to go. Went in and it was great. Not busy to sit and eat. Food was great as always.

INCREDIBLE! We ordered our food online. Upon arrival, the staff was quick to greet us and make sure our food was ready quickly. When we brought our food home, it was still warm and SOOOO delicious. This is the best BWW I have ever been to. If you want take out wings this is your place! Wing stop is usually our go to. This beats wing stop by a landslide!!

Wings were pretty good. Next time I'll get the sauce on the side, because these were drowning in sauce. They do need to change the name of their burgers to "Saltburgers", Wow, that's a lot of salt. I even went back again for a second time just to make sure the first one wasn't a mistake. Nope.
Cauliflower wings are super delicious and crispy. Just wish they would deliver to Mountain Brook.

I didn’t catch the cashier gentleman’s names but they gave excellent customer service tonight (12/19). It is genuinely refreshing to be greeted with a smile, friendly conversation, and simple humanity in a fast food setting nowadays. My order was a little delayed, but they were immediately apologetic and reassuring giving updates, and even gave me a complimentary bottled drink while I waited. I’m not writing this review because of the free drink though, I am just simply leaving Bdubs with a smile on my face because of the energy these two gave and wanted to share. Thank you!

First and foremost, boneless wings are BOGO on Thursdays! Dinner and lunch for the next day? Aaaabsolutely sign me up. Traditional bone in wings are BOGO on Tuesdays but those aren't my thing. Sauces ranked: 1. Honey BBQ 2. Bulliet Bourbon BBQ 3. Parmesean garlic 4. Asian zing (spicy) 5. Buffalo 6. Thai curry (do not recommend at all) We got the Buffalo chicken tots and loved too!

Make sure you check your food before leaving. I normally order online. Will not be returning to this location. First time I asked for no salt/pepper on fries but they still put it on there even though the ticket clearly says no salt/pepper. Second time I ordered traditional wings lite sauce but eventually my order was wrong again. Got boneless wings w/ heavy sauce.
