This is a hard review for me to write because Crestline bagel as a good bagel and we've been going there for years. But today, the attitude of the woman working on Friday April 12 early in the a.m. was absolutely rude to every customer and by the way, let's be clear she wasn't busy and there was somebody else there who is actually doing most of the work, just don't find any tolerance for that kind of behavior.

Atrocious process flow. Spent 30min standing in line this morning and left without ordering. There were 6 employees working, but the process needs to be improved. The register guy needs to be ringing people up, not taking 5min to make drinks. We'll give it another try but the process flow needs a complete overhaul.

I’ve been eating at Crestline Bagel since it first opened in Crestline. We very often drive from Liberty Park to pickup breakfast on weekends. For the third time in 4 trips we have gotten home with one less sandwich than we ordered and paid for. Maybe I’ve finally gotten too old to appreciate the disorganized mess of an operation the ordering system is and I just think I’ll surrender on the charm at this point.

So I decided to drop in for a quick bite. Was not really sure about this place since I have never been here before but most of the "real reviews" were good. I use to be an elite member of Yelp but when I stopped traveling and got real busy at work, I did not have much time to write reviews. However, I always use yelp when looking over food options no matter where I am. You have to be careful though when reading reviews, some people are just rude, hurtful or spiteful with reviews. They talk about service workers as if they are the lower class and they do not give accurate reviews. Most of these type of reviewers who find nothing good to say about anything, are typically just angry people who have nothing better to do. Hence why I say "Real Reviews". I typically do not review until my second or third time at a restaurant/business. I always try to give the restaurant or service I received a second chance. This is the real world and people have problems on the daily, so sometimes it could just be a bad day or they could be short staffed. An apology, or a let me help make up for it, is enough or it should be. No one is perfect. Today though, I met the sweetest young lady behind the register. She seemed a little worn out because she was doing the work of 3 people but She took my order, took my payment, and made me the best chicken with pesto sandwich I have ever had. She was so sweet and friendly. She served me with a big, bright smile, even though I bet she was tired. She was also doing some cleaning while I was there. I think she was doing a little bit of everything. I beleive her name was Matty so ask for her if you go. The food I had was really good. The service was great. I like that the food is fresh and made to order. She told me about their sweets, so I ordered a few to go. I am sure I will enjoy these tonight. They have a good variety to choose from, not just bagels. The also have cinnamon rolls that looked devine. It was a very good experience. I will definitely be back with the rest of the family. Went to check on my order, "we were going to yell it out but got busy". Burnt garlic bagel bacon egg and cheese. Just OK. Business very busy, there must be something people like.

This is a great place to get a fresh bagel, and they have a wide range of breakfast options (as well as lunch options). I personally love their bagel sandwiches and cinnamon rolls. The restaurant is a bit pricey and the staff could be more pleasant, but I do like the environment for a place to get breakfast with friends or family.

This place is a great place for breakfast/brunch, this was my first time going and it did not fail to impress me! I got the eggale with ham, and it was super good and filling. spent about $10 in total with a bagel sandwich and a celsius.
