Demarcus was fabulous and the pizza was hot and it was super fast. Wonderful. The only thing I just hated was the online survey from dominos only took a rating for ordering not for the other questions about the food the driver and if I would recommend. Thank you thank you maybe you can get corporate to see this review ! Great job

What a disaster. First of all I called this location TWICE at 4:15 pm, no one answered. After finally getting on the phone with them I made a delivery order. Young lady who answered the phone (bless her heart) said pizza will arrive At our house in 15-20 mins. ONE HOUR LATER, it’s 5:10 & no sign of the pizza being delivered. I called the store myself to get an update of when I can expect my order to be delivered. Person who answered the phone said my order was not on file & there’s no records showing I called in. I spoke with the manager & said he found it, but could not deliver to my house bc I lived in Homewood so it was canceled. If I didn’t call the store myself, I would still be waiting. I cannot believe I didn’t get a call back letting me know they couldn’t deliver to my house. For the record, I’ve had dominos from this store delivered to my house several times before.I told them redo my order & I will pick it up myself. One large pepperoni & one large supreme (it’s relevant). I get to the store to pick up my pizza-originally they charged me full price after all the inconvenience that’s happened. I told them I’m not paying $20 since I was gonna use a gift card. Not once did the manager offer to comp my order. I’m in the store 15 more mins waiting on my pizza.This process started at 4:15, I got home with food at 5:50. I have 2 young children waiting for a very long time. I opened up the pizzas, one of them is pepperoni, the other…. Was cheese pizza NOT the supreme pizza I ordered.This was the most annoying & stressful hour & a half I had to deal with. I will NEVER order from this store again.What a clown show

They charged me $26.99 for a pizza that looks like was 1/2 eaten. When I called, they blew it off. The delivery driver didn’t give me a receipt and said she left it in car after I had to ask her and before I opened the pizza. I am going to recommend a State and local sales tax audit of both the franchised company and corporate who allows them to use their name. Not giving receipts is shady and auditors will be made aware

They said my pizza was delivered( it wasn't) and I had to spend my time and gas to go get it! wouldn't even try to be understanding. Pizza was cold by the time I finally made it home.I'd give zero stars if I couldps the delivery driver was sitting in the parking lot with my pizza in the car.

Employees have terrible attitude, it's not worth putting up with for their mediocre pizza. You can great pizza with friendly staff just about a mile away.
