The food was great but the service was very unwelcoming. No type of greeting when I walked in & not because it was busy, it was because a lady was on her laptop ? with her back turned away from the door. Her attitude was so disinterested and it was still like 3hrs away from closing. I was the only customer, like damn a smile costs nothing.

Overall a good sandwich, but I would never go out of my way to eat at Jersey Mike's subs. I'm just not a big fan of their subs, I feel like they're a bit boring and plain.Their subs remind me of something I could buy at a convenience store.When I used to eat meat, I'm a vegetarian now, I would prefer Publix or Firehouse Subs over Jersey Mike's any day.

Just stopped to buy for a quick lunch on a Sunday morning. The team that was in there is absolutely killing it. They were absolutely slammed with orders but they were calm, orderly, and friendly.

Ordered a sandwich online from Jersey Mike's in Vestavia today. I paid for extra meat, extra cheese, and extra pepperoni. The entire sandwich was almost $20. When I went and picked it up, it was clear that nothing extra had been added to the sandwich. There were only four pieces of pepperoni on the entire sandwich, and I did pay for extra pepperoni. When I questioned the manager about it, he took the sandwich from me, flipped it open thumb through it, and suggested that the sandwich was made correctly. When I pointed out that there were only four pieces of pepperoni on there, and I asked him how many pieces they were supposed to be, he turned his back on me, and started working, and didn't answer me. When I said something to him and ask him to turn around, he asked if I wanted him to remake the sandwich. I told him I wanted him to answer my question first. At that point, he walked over to the register and refunded my money. I don't know what his problem was, But it's his job to answer questions. They made a mistake on my sandwich and wouldn't even acknowledge it and then in front of other customers they were rude to me. After he refunded my money, a customer in the restaurant walked over to me and said that when he was at the restaurant, he used a slur to refer to me. I didn't hear that, and I don't know if that's true, but he clearly had a problem. They made a mistake on my sandwich and then tried to pretend they didn't and he got pissed because I called him out on that. I love Jersey Mike's food and I'll continue eating there, just not at that store. There are other Jersey Mike's and there are other places to get a sandwich. Social media provides a great outlet to keep people from spending their money with companies that don't seem to know how to treat their customers.

Just wanted to leave a compliment for your Concord Mills Store # 3144. The General Manager, Eddie, for this store is awesome, He was very polite and helpful. I also really appreciated the way that he managed his staff. Seems like he has a very good rapport with his subordinates. Also the store was very clean of which is always a plus. He made me an awesome #13 original italian, it was delicious.

I know this has become standard because service is terrible everywhere but the service here was next level bad. Would not even toast the bread for my sandwich.

This was the best service I've received since I've been in Alabama since June. There was a darker woman and man who were working, and they were both so kind. They took all of my requests so kindly and provided me with great service. They were so respectful and hospitable. Also, my sub was phenomenal. I got a chipotle cheesesteak and it was a 10 out of 10.

Do you like waiting after you are given a pick up time? Then this is where you should go! You might actually get something to eat but you need to have infinite patience and plenty of time to burn - expect a 30m to an hour delay after ordering online. Oh! Be sure to ask an employee how your order is coming along to receive a 'I don't have control over that' deflecting response to a reasonable question.

Sandwich was soooo good. The sweet tea is great too! The ingredients looked super fresh even at the end of the lunch rush! However, the one thing that stood out to me the most was the cleanliness of the seating area, food prep area and best of all the bathrooms. Staff was courteous and pleasant to interact with. Best fast food Sub Sandwich shop in the area!!Parking: More than enough parking.
