Manager… shift leader… whoever it is with the fake dentures at the top of her mouth are beyond ghetto. Seriously whoever owns that franchise store should be EMBARRASSED. Yelling out loud about closing the lobby up while customers are waiting and dining in. Customer service is awful- even the older crew got it bad. The trans man boldly lied in my face about dropping fries twice. You can clearly tell the difference. Cool. Instead of fixing the order the lady with the dentures claimed they were out of chicken…. But 5 mins prior was yelling how she can’t wait to go home and lock the doors, “I’m not serving no more chicken.” Just ghetto and ignorant for no reason. We get it, you want to be heard and you’re ready to go home, but baby as a manager, acting like that? Anyways I went back in because my food was either dropped twice or just sitting… I was told I would be charged for something that was wrong on their behalf. 2/10. You’ll be a fool to get food from out there…especially if you have the fry lady on the phone, touching her hair with the same gloves on serving you fries. Ew.

Extremely disappointed first-time been to Milo's in months and extremely disappointed my fries are hard, my tea isn't sweet and as expensive they are this shouldn't be taken place so will not be back.
People are fantastic.Food is better than Zaxby's and especially their sauces.The color of the place needs a little pick me by adding more colors, blue or more white, something.

Absolutely loved my first time experience, even though I was taking it to go. I loved their chicken and sauces. Juicy and favorable. Thank you, for the great service. It's hard to come that these days.Parking: This was a downfall. Parking was extremely difficult with a full size pick up truck and being lunch. Parking lot is super tight!

Three of us ate here. I got the chicken sandwich, we had a chicken strip basket and a original hamburger. All the food was excellent! The chicken was tender, juicy and full of flavor. My daughter got the hamburger (her first time here) she loved the burger and the sauce on it. I have eaten here twice while traveling through and both times, we had excellent food and service. The staff was over the top friendly. They were great!
I had chicken fingers today from Milo's and it was great also the girls to did a good job keep up the good work need more people like you
