Panera Vestavia catered a 7 am breakfast. The whole catering staff was wonderful to work with and Chris who delivered did a great job of set up. The price was great and we love Panera!!!

I come in on on Friday afternoon to get food. I was very exhausted from being at the hospital with my my mother-in-law. Myia asked me how I was doing and I told her about my mother-in-law she said she would pray for me and my mother-in-law and I deeply appreciate it. When I went to pay for my food, she paid for it for me, this lady is very awesome. You are so lucky to have her.

Love the food but I'll drive to a different one so that my order will actually get taken. I came in and waited in line to order. There was one person in front of me. The lady at the counter helped her and then prepared her whole meal before coming back to the counter. When she came back to the counter after being rude several times, she then proceeded to help the person behind me in line. ?I just wanted breakfast at a place I am not around often. I was nice and polite and got walked all over.

The manager Brian is very professional and the food is always good! The mistake that was made on my previous catering ordering wasn't even his fault (DoorDash) and he still offered to make it right. I come to Birmingham often for work meetings and have to feed many groups of people. I will always use this Panera because the quality is great and the customer service is excellent. DoorDash was the only issue last time and I was thrilled Brian was able to help. Love this place!

Food was great. Staff was friendly enough but the kitchen staff wouldn't stop yelling. One of the staff even yelled saying "this aint no library". I understand being upbeat at work but I felt that was very unprofessional and made the atmosphere stressful.

I came into the Vestavia Hills store and placed a to go order at the register and waited an extended amount of time for staff to alert me that my order was ready. No one ever called my name. As I proceeded to question the staff about the status of my order, I glanced over and saw my order sitting on the call in /online pick up shelf. I complained to the staff and stated that no one told me my order had been placed on a shelf and that I had been standing there for a long time. The staff was very nonchalant and cavalier. The responses and behavior demonstrated to me that they could care less.
