Best cheeseburger in town! The bun is so soft and good--never frozen--the burger itself cooked just right, the fries were hot and delicious. The chocolate shake is better than chick-fil-a's and it comes with a bigger straw. We will definitely be back. The staff was very nice and appreciated us being there.

I visited my friend who lives in Alabama last week. My friend took me to The Standard at Vesta Hills. This restaurant is amazing and I was so impressed. All the staff were so kind and food was so good. I will definitely come back to this restaurant. If you go there, you will experience fantastic food.

We were travelling to Greenville and ate at The Standard for craft burger on our way. The staff were nice and the food was even better. I had a cheese burger, which was delicious. So glad we stopped here. It was really good!

This was my first time to try this location for The Standard, and I was not disappointed! It's a great spot for a family lunch with something for everyone. I got the burger, my husband got the chicken sandwich, and my daughter got the hot dog. The restaurant itself is super cute! Very bright and open and being in the city center, there's plenty of space outside, too. The fryer wasn't working the day we went, so I didn't get to try the fries, but the chocolate shake was AMAZING!

From the Philly Cheesesteaks to the Fried Bologna sandwich, these guys have added a twist to your everyday burgers with their secret standard sauce and they’re DELICIOUS!!! And those milkshakes are DEFINITELY THE ONES THAT BROUGHT ALL THE BOYS TO THE YARD??Old fashioned vanilla is my all time favorite however, THEY MAKE A MEAN CHOCOLATE SHAKE TOO!!! To the owner,your crew loves you,but nobody evidently gets their top when I pay with my debit card. It happened again last week. Give your employees their credit/debit card tops. That's my only complaint!!!! Other than my server NOT getting my tips, love the place This is amazing spot. Loved coming here til I found out my server Jessica hasn't been getting the tips I leave her on my credit card. Maybe when the owners realize that their servers live off of their tips and way less than minimum wage and start giving their awesome crew their tips when people like me pay with a debit or credit card. The owners are literally stealing their employees money y'all!! If you have ever been a server, then you know it takes every top given to pay your bills and take care of your children!! Y'all start bringing enough cash and bless these beautiful people. They are awesome and cheerful and brighten my day each time I come..

Food was really delicious but ever since I gave the little black girl my card to pay for my meal, and put my card in their little card scanner, someone has been trying to spend my money and I only used my card once while I was in Birmingham Alabama, at the standard, twice every week someone tries to use that card and steal my funds the card will forever be remained locked. So please be careful when paying with your card.

I've had The Standard at the Pizitz Food Hall, but this was my first time eating at the Vestavia location and I was not disappointed. It was clean and with the big windows, it provides a great place to people watch and mill about to the other stores. I recommend the philly cheese steak - which was especially delicious with the aioli.

Whenever I'm at Vestavia hills for business trip, I always stop by the standard. I'm very picky when it comes to burgers because normally I like to grill out. There are only few handful of burger joints I like and this place is one of them. The standard burger is above par and is not just the standard burger. You can taste the depth of quality that they bring to the table. This place holds the #1 spot for the taste. I hope they come into Atl in future.
