Got to the window and sat for 10-15 minutes only to have the guy tell us that the "eggs were frozen" and that it would take a long time to get our sandwiches. So we asked for a refund and the guy at the window took the card (still havnt gotten part of our order). He gives us it back and the receipt has said that he actually charged us again for the sandwiches instead of a refund. I come here often and since they’ve hired new employees it’s not worth going anymore they are lazy and seem miserable to be there, nothing is made right or cooked all the way very disappointing, also while my food was being mad the employee making it was a wearing gloves while on their phone and then didn’t change the gloves then handled my food again very gross.Matcha is also listed as a menu item but when you try to order it they always say they don’t have it?

Walked in today and told the gentleman working the register that I couldn't locate my free coffee on the app, he said not to worry and without hesitation poured me a free cup. Super nice and very much appreciated. Great staff and super pleasant. Made my day much better!!
