Ordered from home for convenience and online said it was ready at 7:33. We arrived at 7:40 to pick up and our pizza had been "lost". Still sitting here at 8:02. Throw in a little something complimentary when you waste someone's time and might not get a poor review.
Delivery is almost never available. If I gotta go out to get pizza, I'm gonna just eat out. Even when they had delivery, it took forever. They should get new management or close it.

First of all, I love the food and my local papa johns. However, my issue is with the call center. And everyone knows it's not the local store. It's pretty clear they are reading off a sheet. Ordering food should be personable. Instead I feel like I'm on the phone with the IRS. And its helpful with communication when you are actually talking to someone at the store. This is my only complaint with PapaJohns.
