Food is decent but I can tell it's been under a heat lamp for a while.Biscuits are hard as a rock and crumble when you bite into them.The employees seem to want to be anywhere but at work,lots of chit chat month them even though there's a line inside and outside....no urgency whatsoever.Restaurant is unkempt and messy,trash is full and tables dirty.

Absolutely terrible service in drive thru I ordered a blt combo and they refused to give me my fries and told me that that is not what I ordered even though I have ordered it a thousand times and the worker yelled at

For the last several months, this Jack's has seriously declined. I've always loved the food at Jack's establishments, but the people they have working here don't care about quality, kindness or doing anything in a timely manner. The food I get is never hot and the people at the windows are so rude and act like your presence annoys them. This place needs to have a capable manager step in.

When it days you close at 10pm, that's when you should close. I walked in at 935 and asked for a milkshake to be told by a worker who was more interested with his conversation then me that they are about to clean the machine. I mean, I get it yall want to go home but if you clean up at 930, maybe be closed at 930. It would have taken 30 seconds to make me a shake before cleaning the machine. Thanks.

We use to LOVE this location and visited at least every other week. BUT. It has gone down hill so bad the past couple of weeks. Food has been WRONG every single time. We get 3 meals and not a single one is ever correct including the drinks even when we are the only ones in line. They either don't care or do it on purpose who knows. The new employees are soooooo rude, have intense attitudes and use profanity so very harshly. It's cool if you want to use that language infront of your own kids but don't do it infront of mine. SHES 3!!! I feel if your employee problem doesn't get fixed you're going to end up like all the burger kings in Alabama... shut down due to no business. Last visit when we went back inside to let the manager know our food was wrong for the 3rd visit in a row she and the boy making the food got into a heated and LOUD argument over it infront of us. Clearly the young employees have no respect and don't need to be working. Then the boy proceeds to stare us down and make faces at us just to let us know how mad he was that he was having to fix our order. I'll give them another chance in about 6 months but if it's not fixed... we won't be back.

Pretty much every time I've gone there, they find some way to screw up the order. Most of the time, they leave something out. This time, they left out a 4 piece order of chicken strips. The really bad part is that it was 8:17 pm and we were the only customers - I guess I should have taken the hint from the lack of other customers. Paying for food that you never get is just plain frustrating. I'm officially done with jacks ?

Dining here is hit or miss depending on what staff is working. Some days are fine, others are terrible. A lot of bad attitudes and completely ignoring customers.
Service was great and looked clean ( from the drive thru) disappointed in the food. First time trying and the fries were cold. The double cheeseburger was made right but....it tasted like a bottle of salt spilled on it. Took a couple bites thinking maybe it was just one area but sadly it wasn't. Had to toss the whole thing. Dr Pepper was good.
Food was sloppy with no condiments. Didn't get order correct and was way over charged.
