Kontiki is one of my favorite places to order lunch from while working at home. I'm pretty sure they are on Grubhub and DoorDash. The staff is very communicative if something comes up with your order. They have called me multiple times to ensure that I'm happy with my order. This is always appreciated. Excellent customer service! Whether I am eating a pescatarian or vegetarian diet, Kontiki has the perfect lunch menu options. The menu is small but mighty. I have tried their spinach & mushrooms, the tilapia, the plantains, and of course the jollof rice. I even tried the oxtails once but didn't finish them simply because I don't really eat beef. But there was a yummy sauce over the oxtails that I used on my jollof rice and it was soooooo good. Actually all of the rice dishes I've tried come with a really tasty pepper sauce that I love. In general, everything I've tried has been delicious and I am a happy customer. If you are a fan of African or other ethnic foods, definitely give Kontiki a try.

Great food, just a very small selection on the menu. Prices have increased but if you're in to culture food like me then you'll appreciate it. They are a small business with great customer service. They offer a small grocery area if you're ever needing certain ingredients for your recipe ventures. Overall, I would definitely recommend. (I get all soups with fufu and a side of pepper paste. Oxtails are great but the portions are small.)

Friendly staff, good variety of authentic foods and drinks popular throughout Africa. We enjoyed the jerk chicken and the peanut butter soup, both served with their rich jollof rice. I quaffed a ginger beer to wash it down with.

OMG! If you are looking for Authentic African (Sierra Leone) cuisine, this is definitely the place to go to. I had the Goat Pepper Soup... the best Goat I've ever tasted outside of Curry Goat! Well seasoned and flavorful. I also had the Jollof Rice & Oxtails, which was also a robustness of flavor. The owner is a very nice lady. She even convinced us in getting some Palm Wine and we can't wait to try it! The decor and vibe gives you a feel of the motherland... You must try it as I rate it a 9 out of 10!!!

We are in the restaurant rn and the food was amazing so five stars in this place is amazing. They even brought us water and we didn't ask for, but the water is so good.

Soooo, I went for the goat, but the nice lady from Sierra Leone said that it was really spicy. So, in order not to have a fight with my digestive system, I got the oxtails and Jollof rice. I really could eat that every day.

It was my first time trying Kontiki and I will be back soon! Jerk chicken wings, jollof rice, fried whole fish, house hot sauce, sorrel & ginger juice was all 10/10.

The food was so good and our waitress was very helpful in helping me choose what to order. My husband got the Couscous, and it was really good! One of our boys got goat pepper soup, and the other got peanut butter soup. Both of them loved it! Goat pepper soup was a little spicy but really flavorful! I got the j*** chicken with rice per the waitresses suggestion, and I absolutely loved it! So, so good! That was a treat for my birthday, and I will definitely be back! Price is very reasonable as well!

My son enjoyed the freshly cooked food, and I was able to shop for some necessary ingredients needed to cook some meals that we found the recipes online.
