I had high hopes for this place and it did have an interesting interior. The problem was the blaring loud 30s swing music. It made it impossible to stay. When I asked to turn it down the person said that it could not be done. This seemed to be unreasonable.

Java Prima is a coffee shop that has amazing food and awesome service! My children and I love their chicken salad! It is the best! All of their food and drinks are on point! Top tie! I tell people about this place all the time! I highly recommend this little coffee shop!

Pretty good food and drinks. Not so much the service though. The cook was acted like it was a chore to do anything, and the layout is really cramped and claustrophobic. The people who took the orders were really nice though.
My wife ordered a grilled cheese and a reuben to go as we were headed back to the hotel. Fast, fresh, and filling. The reuben was stacked with sauerkraut and corned beef on marble rye--way good sandwich. I got the side salad for something a bit lighter and was very pleased with it as well. The house dressing paired well with the reuben. Would definitely eat here again, hopefully when we have time to eat at the restraunt.

The cook is doing a great job but should not be wet from doing dishes and preparing meals and serving food. There needs to be more organization at this establishment during the lunch rush. House coffee should not be cold behind the counter either for the primo prices.

JavaPrimo has good tasting food and coffee. You can also combine a vegetarian selection. The stuff is kind, polite and their service fast.
My main problem was the way the owner speaks to & treats his staff. He *loudly* corrected the staff and slammed things around in the kitchen afterwards. The food and coffee are also both very overpriced. The staff themselves are very kind and personable. I probably wouldn't recommend going here : )
