Terrible. Place was dirty. Trash everywhere; under everything in the lobby, all over the back of the house, old curly fries on the counter.. Rude and unfriendly employees. "Braden" literally tossed sauce packets at me after I asked for more than three packs for six sandwiches. I was told that the general manager was Brittany, she was behind the line making sandwiches while the child up front was more concerned with making excuses for already wrong "door dash" order than serving the only customers in the lobby. Very disappointed.

The last three times we went something was broke down, today it was the ice machine, the young man gave us a cup of ice to split between my husband and I, instead of taking our cups to the machine for the to go customers and filling them, but hay he tried, then the sandwich wasn't really hot and the fries were cold, they open at 10, this was at 11:15 right after we got out of church, and another thing, the last time we were in there after church the floors were nasty, I wondered how did they get that bad in an hour, then they were the same way today, I clean houses and if I left a house that dirty after I said I clean it, well let's just say, I wouldn't be working at that house very long, evidently they don't pull out any chairs to sweep, there was a paper under the table where I sit off of a straw, then I noticed a big black spot of dirt in front of the drink machine, if this had been the first time I saw this I wouldn't say anything, but this makes me not want to go back, I just wish the manager would go in about 10:30 before anyone really gets a chance to make a mess and just see what it looks like, this could cost them a lot of business

Went to Arby's today 10-24-2023 about 1:30pm for lunch. The lady at the drive thur was acting like she was in bad mood. Took my order and pulled up to window waited about a minute then paid for meal. Waited for like another 4 to 5 minutes on food. Thought that maybe they had to cook fresh fries. A guy brought me my meal and he was in better mood than the girl. After waiting for my food the fries were barley warm and my sandwich' wasn't very warm either. Like the fries had been sitting for a while. Why did I have to wait for so long if they was not cooking fresh fries. Needless to say It will be a while before I go back. I have been thur the drive thur many times before without any problems except for today.
