Waited a hour yesterday for a very simple order, and this isn't the first time. Plus where is the "short staff" when you walk in and 6 plus employees are standing around! They also need to learn how to cut a freaking pizza. Also don't think it's ok for all the employees to park at the front door.

Place is short staffed SO BE KIND!!Workers bust their behinds to get the orders out the best they can.Grands love this pizza place the best in town.Other than MIGHT have to wait a few extra minutes for the pizza- we’ve got no complaints. If a mistake is made- staff does their best to rectify the issue.Thank y’all for all you do!

Ordered today at 10 am for 4:30 pm pick up!! Have a confirmation and they still deny any wrong in their behalf!!ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SERVICE EVER!! Manager was very hateful n yelled at me as I left the store!!Haven’t eaten there in 3 years now I remember why!!The worst ever!!

They make pizzas very sloppy and when you ask for it to be a certain way, they will not fix it for you unless you bring it back and show them that they messed it up. They don’t care if you have an infant and need to get home to feed your infant, they are very careless and sloppy. This is happened way more than once I do not recommend this place to anybody. And when you try to call them to let them know that they don’t care about you spending your last dollar to have a meal to eat that you need your pizza fixed. They’re very rude about it even the boss. This pizza was supposed to be cut into squares. It’s barely cut at all. It wasn’t even cut into squares. There’s cheese missing on part of the pizza.. and they were supposed to bring it out to my car but when I got there, I couldn’t even park nowhere near there. I had to park in a bank parking lot and get my baby out of the car and get the pizza myself.

They make good pizza, however they do not honor the "if you don't have your food to your car within 2 minutes, you get a free pizza". I tried the car side service one time and learned my lesson. Someone inside stopped the clock at 1 min 42 seconds and I sat there another 5 - 10 minutes to which nobody even brought the pizza outside and I had to go in to get my order even though I requested the car side service.

Want roaches ? If you want cheese ,pepperoni , or any pizza with extra protein (Roaches ) this is the place to go ... urg nasty bugs ,roaches on the pizza I wouldn't eat here if it was the last restaurant in town !!!!!!

The girl on the phone was quiet so I had troubles hearing and understanding her at times, and she seemed new, but was nice. The food could've been a but better & cheesier, but was still delicious ?Parking: Not many parking spots

Worst, most unprofessional, and insulting staff I have ever experienced. On numerous occasions I have seen them aggravated giving out hour plus wait times trying to persuade customers to leave. I asked one of the employees to calm down from what seemed to be a meth induced angerfit when I was suddenly attacked verbally being told she didn't have an attitude when other employees had noticed it too. We were asked to leave and flipped off by three of the employees one of them being the manager. Shame shame shame
