They were out of biscuits and offered a 3rd side instead, when they finally brought my food I realized they gave me the wrong extra side. After I paid for my food they asked me to pull forward and said my order would be out in 3 minutes. 20 minutes later they finally brought my order out to me. This isn't the first time this has happened to me but it will definitely be the last, ill never go back there again.

Nasty food on the buffet!! Period!! No white meat at all. I asked for it and they told me no because the buffet was dark meat only. No sign or any mention of that before I paid. Won't be back!!

Came for buffet. 3 biscuits remained hard as rocks. Maybe 5 pieces of grease soaked chicken. No breasts only thighs. Chicken livers were incinerated. Chicken was raw near the center. $26 for this bounty. Employees were LOUD behind the counter and in the kitchen complaining about another employee s lack of breading and cooking skills. Atmosphere was unpleasant due to the shouting. No ice in dispenser. Had some brought to us in cups at least. Nothing appeals to us here anymore and I'm afraid if they don't fix things, this store will close someday soon.

Not very good opened at 10:30 food is cold, out of coleslaw ?. Would be better if they can maintain the Buffet.
I know when i worked there i seen magets crawling from underneath the pressure cooker and fryers and my co workers was disrespectful even my manager i think his name was Mike or something anyway he would not do anything but sleep in his car outside and he would make out with the other manager at work and when i washed the dishes i seen cockroaches crawl out the walls too i definitely would not recommend eating there and also they was super un professional and the co workers was super lazy.

KFC is a great place. Can't say much more. Food is great and the place is clean and people are friendly at the Batesville KFC.
Disgusting tables only 3 tables where clean and the bathrooms where so dirty and the floors where covered with crumbs and paper only thing good is the employees they where nice but I do not
I wish it was possible to give a half of a star review, I placed a call in order at 3:10 pm today, to pick up a little after 5pm, arrived at the restaurant at 5:05pm and I received the same excuse as the last time, I'm sorry we had fryer issues and it will be another 18 minutes before we have the order ready. Cooperate if you read these reviews, maybe you should get that fryer fixed, it had extra crispy about to come out in one minute but for some reason, they didn't have my order. Thank goodness I won't use the app, because then you would be refunding my money

I went there today the food in service was good all the staff worked hard to keep food on the bar even the Manger help clean two fryers was down so it took a couple of minutes to get livers but not long they worked hard with the equipment they had if they can do this good with half the equipment working I love to see how good they do with all four fryers working I recommend dining for lunch the only thing I would love for them to add Is some kind of dessert

Omg this is the worst. The buffet was 45 minutes late and then there was only legs and thighs. The "plates" were cardboard box bottom with paper in the bottom. That was great with gravy and corn. No senior citizen discount.Mystery meat at McDonald's would have been better. Won't be back.
