Probably the worst subway we've ever been to. The outside needs some major attention, we walk in and it's kinda dirty. There's food laying everywhere, food mixed in with other food, the lettuce and spinach was wilted and turning brown. My husband got a Buffalo Chicken Sub and the "buffalo chicken" ended up being teriyaki chicken. Then we went to get a drink from the soda fountain and no ice whatsoever. My husband had some ice in a cup in our car so I thought well I'll just use that. And another surprise, the Coke was flat. Definitely will not be coming to this specific location again. If I have a hankerin for subway, I'll go to the Melbourne or Mountain View location.
There was only 1 employee to be seen during lunch time hours, he did not speak loud enough to hear clearly. I ordered a chicken, bacon and ranch salad; he made the salad but did not put any meat in it.

Terrible customer service from manager. We purchased subs on a Sunday at Subway located at 9 a town 30 miles from home . When we got home we ate 1/2 and all was fine. The following day,Monday, we started eating the other half and with the second with my second bite I pulled a 6 inch big black hair out with the bite then spit everything out. I did take a photo of it but the manager wanted us to make a 60 mile round-trip in order to provide the sandwich and the receipt. We had thrown the receipt away the day we bought it not expecting a foul hair to be in our food. Who keeps a fast food reciept for longer than the day of purchase ?The sandwich was pitched 1 minute after pulling the gross hair out of my mouth.All I asked for was a coupon to use at our local subway restaurant which takes cleanliness and customer seriously.I guess she was concerned I was trying to commit the crime of the century by getting a 1/2 of a sub sandwich that I was not entitled to.

Incredibly slow service. I don’t blame the workers as much as the owner not having enough people to run the restaurant. No reason to sit in drive thru for 10 min and never get your order taken
