The manager named James, needs to absolutely be fired from this restaurant. He is horribly rude and hateful to customers and crew members. In the past month, during his shifts, food quality and service has been absolutely ridiculous. Orders are never right. I give business to this establishment on a daily basis but that stops until he is gone! He does not need to be in a position of management, much less working with other people! If I could give zero stars, I would! Get rid of him!!!

I don't really like the plastic cups. Ruins the nostalgic feeling of a frosty along with the spoon. I really miss the paper cup and the awesome brown spoons.

Ordered a nacho burger with no chipotle, got a dry burger with no chipotle & no queso. Asked the manager to remake it and he handed me back the exact same burger. Asked him if he remade it and he lied to me and said yes. Eventually after i pointed out it was the exact same burger he admits that he did not remake it. Argues with me and tells me it had queso on it already. Absolutely terrible service and that’s sad because i come here all the time

They were out of bacon. Didn't know this till customers in front of us ordered and they suddenly ran out. Said it would take 10-15 mins to get some more cooked. 90 percent of the menu is bacon something.
Burger was barely warm, and fries weren't fresh either. This has been this way the last few times we've tried going back. A bit of a disappointment, and probably won't go there again.
