Ordered my food through the app for pickup. I showed the staff that I had paid for 2 seperate orders. Staff was very argumentative and didn't have any knowledge of their own app. I had to wait for a very,very, long time. The food is already paid for before going to the restaurant. They need more training and need to learn people skills. Fast food work isn't for everybody.

Great food but we went in and a gentleman was laying in the floor. He was sick. Some pills had came out of his bottle and. Benton PD officer was there in the restaurant but off duty he called police department himself and then left. I would think he would have stayed to protect and serve either on or off duty but no he left with that gentleman lying in the floor. And soon as first responders arrived they placed him in a chair then turned their backs. The poor older gentleman fell and hit his head. They should have not had this to happen at all. I'm just disgusted with this. First responders need to pay closer attention to their persons they are responding to. Ughhh. Just disgusted.

Cashier shorted me, and when I asked for the rest of my change she handed it to me and gave me a dirty look. No thank you, or I'm sorry. No response at all.
I'd say pass, unless you just have to go here. I eat out too much, and the last three times I visited there were problems.A: manager being rude to staff. B clerk not being aware of their menu. C: getting the order wrong. Even the guy in front of me had missing items from his order. SAD is about accurate here.

The only issue i got with the store in benton is the parking. Even drive thru is a lil tight. But for dine- in its sketchy to get turned around if they arent busy. Good luck if they are busy.. just saying...
This Arby's I have been to at night after 7 pm. The staff there has worked with me when I had a deal on coupon or lost the coupon but had the numbers. The food has always been hot and the flavors full as expected for Arby's.Parking: This Arby's has a small lot to work with but the parking goes around the building. If you get there at a certain time, best to just use the drive thru window.
