The fish here is just amazing. When I ordered they told me it would be a few minutes so they could make sure it was fresh for me. And it was fresh. Crispy, meaty, and large portions unlike most places nowadays. We usually get the family pack of chicken strips which are also good, and they make sure to give you your moneys worth. My ONLY complaint is that the fried pickles are absolutely atrocious. They were drenched in oil and most breading had fallen off due to that. Other than that though, chicken express is definitely worth it and I will definitely be back.

My wife and I go in to eat, and order our food and sit down and start eating only to realize the employees starting barking and howling knowing my wife walked in with her psychiatric/ medical Alert Service Dog. This was so disrespectful and even though Service Dogs are trained to ignore this it is still distractive to even the most trained service dog or ones in training. Please respect people in general and understand ADA and people who require SD to save their lives by alerting and task trained tasks that handlers relay heavily on and make it possible to go out. Also the food does not taste like it use to be and quality of food isn’t as it use to be. Very slow in their even they said that is always slow, yet tables are dirty and booths and only a few paper towels available.

First time trying chicken Xpress because I've heard it was delicious. Very let down for $13. I got the two piece fried catfish meal and waited 20 minutes for fresh catfish which is fine but they could've told me upfront because I was on my lunch break. You would think I would have fresh fries and hush puppies too? Nope. Tartar sauce is not made in house and asked for ketchup didn't get any. Not a drop of seasoning on the catfish, just cornmeal. Won't be going back.

I can't say enough about Kevin and his team! When our shop works late this is always are go to place to eat. It doesn't matter if we are ordering for 3 or 10. It's always fresh and ready. They are always happy to serve us and go above and beyond! Thanks Kevin and team you guys are amazing!!
