Really wish I could give negative stars. FIRE THE FRONT COUNTER OLDER LADY! Ordered our food ahead of time, came inside to pick it up WAITED 10 MINUTES IN LINE WITH OTHER CUSTOMERS AS SHE INGORED ALL OF US. Told all of us to order at the kiosk or sit there and be ignored. Never going back to this horrendous place!!!

Hard to get to, had to wait 15 minutes just to get waited on. the manager/or crew chief kept pulling the young man away and had him doing other things instead of waiting on the customers. When food finally was ready it was cold. This is why I stopped going to McDonalds. If there had been anything else close by I would not have stopped.

Drive thru order was placed via Mobile app first lady at window said nothing about what to do and just handed me a ticket and I asked if I needed to wait and she said I don't know? Really infuriating but food came out decent and order was correct. Spent over 15 minutes sitting at drive thru before they took my mobile app code. Ugh. Just really annoying but easier than cooking at home... Barely
How can you screw up a plain bigmac? answer... You only put 1 patty on it. Not to mention the mayonase. I swear they could screw up a glass of water. I can't believe people working here think they deserve more than 7.50hr if you can not even count.

The food is okay but ordering ahead of time is waste. You’ll sit there for 20+ min while people that got here after you are already in and out. What’s the point of even taking online orders?? It’s getting ridiculous. And after the wait time they’ll forget half of what you ordered
