I ordered pizza for delivery. Everything was fine as far as it getting to me. When I checked out my order, I received the wrong wings and the pizza has barely to no sauce on it to the point where the pizza had bubbled up where there was no sauce. I called 15 minutes before closed and spoke with a lady, I wasn’t rude because it wasn’t that big of a deal. She put me on hold and then the phone disconnected. I called back and a man answered and stated he was going to put me on hold. I was on hold for 6 minutes at this point and they hung up again. I called two more times and was left on hold until they closed at 11pm. All I wanted to do was figured out if I could get credit for the wings. I promise you I was no way rude to this girl, we spoke maybe 15 seconds before me being placed on hold 4 times. I’m disappointed and won’t be coming back.

We just had the most wonderful experience with Papa John’s in Benton. We ordered $50 worth of pizza and bread sticks last night and it was delivered much later than expected. It was a rainy night and we figured they were just really busy. We did not call the store to complain, nor did we make a fuss when our delivery driver dropped off our food. The pizza was a little cold, but we ate our dinner once it arrived and went on about our lives. Well, today I received a phone call from Papa John’s. They wanted to compensate us for our late drop off time I was in shock! They truly went above and beyond for our family to make sure they gave us the best customer service imaginable!! I have so much respect for the manager on duty today and the Papa John’s team!! Thank you guys for making sure each customer is happy! 5 stars from me and my family!!!

We love Papa John's pizza. We love the ease of ordering through the app. We love the rewards program. They have been very efficient in getting our order correct and out on time - no complaints there so far. If I could change anything, it would be that they cut their pizzas better. Typically, we have to recut it at the house which is nothing but a minor inconvenience. I wholeheartedly recommend our Papa John's here in town.
